This is my second experience purchasing a vehicle from First Acura. I continue to be impressed by how quickly and friendly the staff is and what a great relationship sales and service have. I purchased a used TL in 2008 and at that time I could not believe any dealer could make purchasing a car such a satisfying experience. My experience yesterday, upgrading to a used RDX was even better than that is possible. Staff is friendly, responsive, and most obvious, a really good team. What was impressive is that the GM was on the floor, meeting customers, and supporting his team. My sales rep, Tim, did a great job listening to my needs and putting together a very reasonable package and made sure I could leave with the RDX that night!!! What a great partner! I also have extensive experience using First Acura service (at least since 2006) and they are the reason I continue to purchase Acura vehicles. More
Bad customer service, very unprofessional, who lie and just want your money. My car was sold to me with problems, that were not fixed as they should have been. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and I never purchased from the same dealer twice due to customer service, price, ease of sale etc... I purchased my latest vehicle from First Acura and I WILL b purchased from the same dealer twice due to customer service, price, ease of sale etc... I purchased my latest vehicle from First Acura and I WILL be purchasing from there in the future. I decided to start my shopping online this time and out of all the dealers I emailed, David Williams at First Acura was by far the most knowledgeable and professional Manager I encountered by a landslide. I had many questions and David always responded quickly and efficently. I came in after a few emails and after driving a couple of vehicles, I worked with a great salesperson, finance manager and tech manager. This was the easiest and most pleasant buying experience I have had in a very long time. I am enjoying my new Acura and I will be telling my family and friends about the great experience I had at First Acura. Thank you More

With a difficult schedule and living in NH, I found that searching for a vechile on my weekends off was hard to do but with a phone call away to First Acura, they made it happen in no time! I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service! I went in to buy a vehicle wasnt sure if I wanted a car or SUV. I had a Capital One approval letter my financing already in place and was mo service! I went in to buy a vehicle wasnt sure if I wanted a car or SUV. I was looking at 3 differnet vehicles I test drove 2 of them with a gentleman that clearly did not want to be there on Sunday. I was asking questions regarding tires that seemed low, 4 wheel drive etc... All I received for responses from the salesman were 1 word answers. We get to the 3rd vehicle he tells me the battery is dead so I say why cant you jump it and he told me we didnt have the time nor could he get access to the jump box. THIS IS A DEALERSHIP!!!! you would think that someone would have had jumper cables. And thats what I told him he then proceeded to walk away from me.I then went in asked for a manager who gave me an even worse attitude. And he told me that he found it hard to believe what I told him and walked into the building telling me to come back another day and walked away. I should have read all of the reviews before wasting my time. More
I would recommend First Acura to anyone looking to purchase a New or Certified Acura in Massachusetts or Rhode Island. Bob (the GM) helped me find the perfect Certified Acura TL within 15 minutes and purchase a New or Certified Acura in Massachusetts or Rhode Island. Bob (the GM) helped me find the perfect Certified Acura TL within 15 minutes and within an hour I was done. They went out of their way to get me everything that I needed and Bob Woodworth spent an hour with me going through every function of the car and answered every question that I had (and there was a lot of them). First Acura is a gem and all too rare in an industry where trust is hard to come by. A genuine class act with a group of super friendly, honest and accommodating professionals who I will be recommending without hesitation. Keep up the great work guys! More
This place took a new Acura that still smelled like new leather and returned a car that stinks of oil and or grease. the windows were smeared inside and out with something oily. I was in the market for a new TL and been to a couple of dealers in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I had shopped around for the best price. Not only did They give my the best price without any pressure, (s dealers in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I had shopped around for the best price. Not only did They give my the best price without any pressure, (something I didn't get from the other dealers I went to) I got the exact car I was looking for. On top of it all, I got a lifetime warranty at no additional charge. They informed me that they give the warranty on all new cars. Dave Williams, my salesperson was very knowledgeable, and the Sales Manager was more concerned with making me happy than with selling the car. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering an Acura. More
i drove quite a distance to this dealer's place after he said that he had the color i wanted. he took the deposit and the next day came back stating that they don't have the required color. he gave me other said that he had the color i wanted. he took the deposit and the next day came back stating that they don't have the required color. he gave me other options- i some how compromised and asked for a different color. he came back a few hrs later with only one option that i really did not want. he agreed to get me some pricing on this option and an option for an upgrade with the color i wanted but never got back to me. i was fed up and went to a different dealer and purchased the car. i called to get back my deposit and the GM behaved as if it was my fault.
