First Acura is overcharges 160.00 on average for routine service for all models. I have 2 Acura vehicles, both purchased brand new. 06 TL, 11 MDX. The MDX was not purchased at First Acura because they coul service for all models. I have 2 Acura vehicles, both purchased brand new. 06 TL, 11 MDX. The MDX was not purchased at First Acura because they could not match a price. This led me to work with 2 different dealer for service, but I decided that because I had no issues with service in the past I would service them both at First. This is when I started to realized they were charging anywhere between 139.00 to 202.00 more depending on the service. I started to call other dealers and in every dealership I contacted they were 25 to 50 dollars in difference with the exception of First Acura. I cringe to think how many dollars I overspent having my vehicles service with them for 6 years. Check it out for yourself call around for prices. More

These people are absolute crooks. We bought a used 2005 MDX and a week later the thing was already falling apart. It had suspension issues, and was in need of a new transmission. They told us one of their MDX and a week later the thing was already falling apart. It had suspension issues, and was in need of a new transmission. They told us one of their employees had been driving the car for 2 months before they put it on the lot for sale so all the problems were well known yet undisclosed. We even pointed out the issues on the test drive and they assured us "everything would be taken care of". We picked it up 3 days later and right away on the ride home we knew something was wrong. We called within 4 days to get it repaired. They told us "if we wanted a new car we should have bought a new car." What are they trying to say? After 5 years Acuras are bad cars and it's our fault for wanting to buy one? I thought this was a luxury brand. It's not about new vs. used, it's the fact that they hid from us serious issues the car was having and then left us in the dust when they got caught. You can bet they'll be busy in the next few weeks with our lawyers. Just stay away from this place, especially greased up Tim with his sunglasses on and his equally sleazy father the GM. More

I was on the market for a new vehicle and visited several dealerships and First Acura of Seekonk was the most knowledgable of their vehicles compared to others and Tim Volpi took me for a test drive in the n dealerships and First Acura of Seekonk was the most knowledgable of their vehicles compared to others and Tim Volpi took me for a test drive in the new 2010 acura Tsx and what an experience the car gave me , I had to purchase it , Tim Volpi was an excellent salesman I would most definately reccommend the freinds and family to First Acura of seekonk , Most thanks to Tim Volpi and Bob Volpi for all thier help. This is my second experience purchasing a vehicle from First Acura. I continue to be impressed by how quickly and friendly the staff is and what a great relationship sales and service have. I purchased a used TL in 2008 and at that time I could not believe any dealer could make purchasing a car such a satisfying experience. My experience yesterday, upgrading to a used RDX was even better than that is possible. Staff is friendly, responsive, and most obvious, a really good team. What was impressive is that the GM was on the floor, meeting customers, and supporting his team. My sales rep, Tim, did a great job listening to my needs and putting together a very reasonable package and made sure I could leave with the RDX that night!!! What a great partner! I also have extensive experience using First Acura service (at least since 2006) and they are the reason I continue to purchase Acura vehicles. More
Bad customer service, very unprofessional, who lie and just want your money. My car was sold to me with problems, that were not fixed as they should have been. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and I never purchased from the same dealer twice due to customer service, price, ease of sale etc... I purchased my latest vehicle from First Acura and I WILL b purchased from the same dealer twice due to customer service, price, ease of sale etc... I purchased my latest vehicle from First Acura and I WILL be purchasing from there in the future. I decided to start my shopping online this time and out of all the dealers I emailed, David Williams at First Acura was by far the most knowledgeable and professional Manager I encountered by a landslide. I had many questions and David always responded quickly and efficently. I came in after a few emails and after driving a couple of vehicles, I worked with a great salesperson, finance manager and tech manager. This was the easiest and most pleasant buying experience I have had in a very long time. I am enjoying my new Acura and I will be telling my family and friends about the great experience I had at First Acura. Thank you More
