Well I was shopping online for a Acura TL Tech. And I live 100 miles away, and the response, friendliness, and knowing the product here is a plus! I was talking to literally 10 different dealers via inte live 100 miles away, and the response, friendliness, and knowing the product here is a plus! I was talking to literally 10 different dealers via internet, and these guys were great! Don't get me wrong some other dealers were awesome as well, but couldn't beat or even match the deal First Acura gave us. Eric our salesman is great! Bob and Crystal were superb as well. I have no problems recommending buying at this dealership. I have bought over 20 vehicles in my life and this was a pleasing experiance. I love the Acura TL Tech.! Great job First Acura!!!!! More

There nice at 1st during the sale after they take your money your screwed ..I spent over $20k on my used car and the 1st week of owning the car it needs front brakes,tires are off balance,wheel shacks on money your screwed ..I spent over $20k on my used car and the 1st week of owning the car it needs front brakes,tires are off balance,wheel shacks on highway and they told me it was serviced bulls***. Thay told me its not covered under warranty because I got a great deal on the car? It's been in on going battle with these clowns I even tried to talk to the manager BOB and he brushes the problem to his sales people and then they tell me they can't do nothing SORRY they say. . luv the car hate the dealer THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER THY CARE MORE ABOUT THE MONEY!!! Somewhat of a shady operation going on in my opinion. I bought a used car from a small dealer closer to boston. He basicly sold the car to First Acura and I ended up buying it from them (whom i never heard bought a used car from a small dealer closer to boston. Saw a couple different fees in excess of $300.00 worked into the price i was financing which was only $6K. When I called Fisrt Acura to discuss the fees I dealt with the rude woman who called herself the "Finance Manager"...I was told I should have read the paperwork more carefully and maybe I should bring a lawyer when I buy a car" The fees were definity not discussed verbally with my wife and I but I guess I am obligated to pay as they were on one of the 30 pieces of paper I signed that day. Never intended to do business with these people in the first place and will never give them a dime in the future. I'm just telling everyone to be careful and there are a ton of dealers out there who are willing to do an honest business with You. First Acura is not one. Bought many cars over the years and never had a problem and don't mind paying for stuff that i am made aware of. More

I went to buy a certified used car, the customer service guy was really bad, the car was not clean( even being certified ), the service guy didn't even offer us a test drive. First Acura is overcharges 160.00 on average for routine service for all models. I have 2 Acura vehicles, both purchased brand new. 06 TL, 11 MDX. The MDX was not purchased at First Acura because they coul service for all models. I have 2 Acura vehicles, both purchased brand new. 06 TL, 11 MDX. The MDX was not purchased at First Acura because they could not match a price. This led me to work with 2 different dealer for service, but I decided that because I had no issues with service in the past I would service them both at First. This is when I started to realized they were charging anywhere between 139.00 to 202.00 more depending on the service. I started to call other dealers and in every dealership I contacted they were 25 to 50 dollars in difference with the exception of First Acura. I cringe to think how many dollars I overspent having my vehicles service with them for 6 years. Check it out for yourself call around for prices. More

These people are absolute crooks. We bought a used 2005 MDX and a week later the thing was already falling apart. It had suspension issues, and was in need of a new transmission. They told us one of their MDX and a week later the thing was already falling apart. It had suspension issues, and was in need of a new transmission. They told us one of their employees had been driving the car for 2 months before they put it on the lot for sale so all the problems were well known yet undisclosed. We even pointed out the issues on the test drive and they assured us "everything would be taken care of". We picked it up 3 days later and right away on the ride home we knew something was wrong. We called within 4 days to get it repaired. They told us "if we wanted a new car we should have bought a new car." What are they trying to say? After 5 years Acuras are bad cars and it's our fault for wanting to buy one? I thought this was a luxury brand. It's not about new vs. used, it's the fact that they hid from us serious issues the car was having and then left us in the dust when they got caught. You can bet they'll be busy in the next few weeks with our lawyers. Just stay away from this place, especially greased up Tim with his sunglasses on and his equally sleazy father the GM. More

I was on the market for a new vehicle and visited several dealerships and First Acura of Seekonk was the most knowledgable of their vehicles compared to others and Tim Volpi took me for a test drive in the n dealerships and First Acura of Seekonk was the most knowledgable of their vehicles compared to others and Tim Volpi took me for a test drive in the new 2010 acura Tsx and what an experience the car gave me , I had to purchase it , Tim Volpi was an excellent salesman I would most definately reccommend the freinds and family to First Acura of seekonk , Most thanks to Tim Volpi and Bob Volpi for all thier help.
