We had an incredible experience buying our first Acura. The sale representative Bruce was very easy going and not pushy at all. When we agreed on the price the finance manager again was very friendly , The sale representative Bruce was very easy going and not pushy at all. When we picked up our car the next day, the coordinator was incredibly knowledgeable and spent nearly two hours with us going through every aspect of the vehicle, to include an operational tutorial. I returned to First Acura because I had a great first experience years ago with them. This time I met Bruce in sales and he was knowledage and friendly. Bruce was easy going and I never felt pressured or experience years ago with them. This time I met Bruce in sales and he was knowledage and friendly. Bruce was easy going and I never felt pressured or like I was wasting his time. Bruce was able to answer all my questions and was clear on the process of things and how long it would take. I then met with Tim in sales. Tim was friendly and easy going. Tim made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. The manager of First Acura came over to personally thank me for purchasing with them and even had the Acura expert come in early the next morning because it fit my schedule. Everyone at First Acura was welcoming, accomadating and made you feel important. I will return to First Acura in the future for all my car purchases! More

Good price online. Offered asking. Got BS response can't negotiate $300 dealer fees (even though living out of state I had to do all the rego). Glad I bought from reputable dealer that went out of their way for a sale. Not a game playing establishment. The mostly negative reviews are a give away and they do not really care what people think (though they should). More

Well I was shopping online for a Acura TL Tech. And I live 100 miles away, and the response, friendliness, and knowing the product here is a plus! I was talking to literally 10 different dealers via internet, and these guys were great! Don't get me wrong some other dealers were awesome as well, but couldn't beat or even match the deal First Acura gave us. Eric our salesman is great! Bob and Crystal were superb as well. I have no problems recommending buying at this dealership. I have bought over 20 vehicles in my life and this was a pleasing experiance. I love the Acura TL Tech.! Great job First Acura!!!!! More

Thay told me its not covered under warranty because I got a great deal on the car? It's been in on going battle with these clowns I even tried to talk to the manager BOB and he brushes the problem to his sales people and then they tell me they can't do nothing SORRY they say. . luv the car hate the dealer THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER THY CARE MORE ABOUT THE MONEY!!! Somewhat of a shady operation going on in my opinion. I bought a used car from a small dealer closer to boston. He basicly sold the car to First Acura and I ended up buying it from them (whom i never heard bought a used car from a small dealer closer to boston. Saw a couple different fees in excess of $300.00 worked into the price i was financing which was only $6K. When I called Fisrt Acura to discuss the fees I dealt with the rude woman who called herself the "Finance Manager"...I was told I should have read the paperwork more carefully and maybe I should bring a lawyer when I buy a car" The fees were definity not discussed verbally with my wife and I but I guess I am obligated to pay as they were on one of the 30 pieces of paper I signed that day. Never intended to do business with these people in the first place and will never give them a dime in the future. I'm just telling everyone to be careful and there are a ton of dealers out there who are willing to do an honest business with You. First Acura is not one. Bought many cars over the years and never had a problem and don't mind paying for stuff that i am made aware of. More

I went to buy a certified used car, the customer service guy was really bad, the car was not clean( even being certified ), the service guy didn't even offer us a test drive.
