First Acura not bad They are willing to help if you are serious about purchasing a car or truck new or used. I liked it when they made and styled their cars like the FIR They are willing to help if you are serious about purchasing a car or truck new or used. I want them to style the new cars like the TSX 04 08 and TL2004 To 2008 those were the best not so much the ILX. I don't have too much negative to say. I would buy another car from them or recommend them to a serious buyer. The sales rep Jay was very helpful answering all my questions and made almost every second of the buying experience a pleasurable one. I liked Bob Woodworth he showed me how to use the features in the car when I picked it up. More

I would never do business with this dealership even if they decided to give me a car for free! Once I found the car I was interested in I had to go inside and search for a salesmen because they were nowh they decided to give me a car for free! Once I found the car I was interested in I had to go inside and search for a salesmen because they were nowhere to be found. Once I found someone we walked outside showed the two cars I was interested in and the salesmen went inside to get the keys and a dealer plate. He then came back and said that one of the cars they didn't even show existed and didn't bring any keys to either. The salesmen then asked about how much I was looking to spend, put down etc. once I discussed this with him he said I couldn't buy a car from there and I didn't have enough money. That was it, he was very rude and no longer was interested in trying to make a sale (even though I did have enough money). I would recommend everyone to stay away from this dealer, they don't make a good first impression and they're prices are ridiculous. More

We had an incredible experience buying our first Acura. The sale representative Bruce was very easy going and not pushy at all. I returned to First Acura because I had a great first experience years ago with them. This time I met Bruce in sales and he was knowledage and friendly. Bruce was easy going and I never felt pressured or experience years ago with them. This time I met Bruce in sales and he was knowledage and friendly. Bruce was easy going and I never felt pressured or like I was wasting his time. Bruce was able to answer all my questions and was clear on the process of things and how long it would take. I then met with Tim in sales. Tim was friendly and easy going. Tim made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. The manager of First Acura came over to personally thank me for purchasing with them and even had the Acura expert come in early the next morning because it fit my schedule. Everyone at First Acura was welcoming, accomadating and made you feel important. I will return to First Acura in the future for all my car purchases! More

Good price online. Offered asking. Got BS response can't negotiate $300 dealer fees (even though living out of state I had to do all the rego).
