I bought a pre-owned car and there were a couple of minor issues that needed to be at this dealership. Craig was exceptional from beginning to end. I bought a pre-owned car and there were a couple of minor issues that needed to be worked out (nothing major, more logistical in nature). He addressed all of my issues and replied to every email, text and phone call. He was helpful, informative, honest, accommodating and had a good sense of humor (which is important!), all of which made this car buying experience my best yet. He provided exceptional service. I highly recommend Craig Boudreau if you plan to purchase a vehicle. More

I honestly don't like to write reviews. But this time, I'm taking the time to say something and express the worst experience I ever had to deal with when purchasing a vehicle. Normally But this time, I'm taking the time to say something and express the worst experience I ever had to deal with when purchasing a vehicle. Normally buying a car should be an exciting experience. This place basically ruined that experience for me. Let me start with how unprofessional my seller was. I went to look for a particular model and the sales person basically gave the wrong information about the vehicle I was looking at. Then I was extremely sure to express to the sales person what I was looking for and what I wanted. Then I was ready to leave and they started with the pressure in not letting you leave empty handed. So then I went ahead with the deal they gave thinking that I was getting a good deal. So I traded my yukon XL Denali that had everything in it. To find out that the car I was purchasing didn't even had a remote start unless you pay for the option via Acura Link. If this would have been said I wouldn't have gotten it. So the sales person comment on this was, that he doesn't drive an Acura and that I should have known this. So I basically bought a car I was going to hate. I expressed my disappointment with sales person and it went all the way to GM. Then they said I needed to stay with the new car for at least a month and to come back to trade it in. But all I could think was how bad they had played me. So then they told that I could trade it in for a Type S MDX. Of course this car had everything. But the catch for me to get a good trade for the car I had just gotten was with the car being driven by the GM of this place. The new Type S had 2000 miles already in the car but I would get the good trade in deal only in that car and nothing else. So I had to choose to pay for a car that I would hate every single day or choose to trade it in for only this 1 car that has been driven by the GM, nothing else. The story said to me that new car I had just bought a week earlier was not worth what they were giving me. So at this point I was like. I guess I'll keep this car that I will hate every day. But then. This dealer didn't stop there. They kept bombing me with calls about how good of a deal I was getting if I traded in my 1 week old purchase for the MDX Type S. But knowing that I was going to hate my car I went back. This time I thought I was being helped and that the dealer was trying to make things right for me. Just to find out that they were playing all over again. The MDX Type S new is.75,295, and they bumped the price on the already driven 2k miles to a price higher than the retail price. Will Smith who is the Financial advisor was another case of it's own. He was more worried about me signing and that is it. He sold me a product called the Shield protection. I said I wanted the ceramic coating and he said it was the shield protection. When I tried to ask questions he would ignore my question and talk about something else. A soon as I signed then he blew me off and that was it. I was so upset that at that point I had nothing else then regret ever going to this place. When I could have just kept my Yukon and give the deal to another dealer that would appreciate my business. Anyway. Now I left my ""Newly purchased MDX type S in their possession since they neede o put all the parts from the first purchase into the new one. I went back this past Saturday to pick up the MDX type S and supposedly re conditioned and cleaned. But the car basically was just sprayed with water and cleaned with a rag. I told Jesse my salesperson that the car was still dirty, and he said. That they cleaned iright even when I showed him the spots in the car. So I said, I thought it was going to be re threated with the paint shshield had just paid for So they never applied the treatment. He goes and talks to his managers, he came back and he said. This as been done already in the car and that there was no more he could do So here you go. Now all I can say is.Stay Away from this place More
I had high hopes for this location due to the other reviews. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience and am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my visit. I live approximately 1 and 1/2 hours away from location. I scheduled an appointment for a test drive of a specific vehicle. Confirmed it was available and confirmed appointment. I called an hour before arrival to inform the appropriate party that I was running a bit behind. I was then reassured it was alright. My appointment was at 2pm and I arrived approximately 15-18 minutes late. I then was informed that the keys to this vehicle was accidentally taken to a sister dealer. I asked if the keys could be brought back here so I can drive the vehicle. I explained I drove my hour and a half here and took off work for this appointment and didn’t mind waiting. About 15 minutes later the rep returned and informed me that at 10am this morning the car was sold. He then offered me other options but I declined due to wanting this specific vehicle. I drove the distance for this specific vehicle and am not interested in anything else. The sales rep was extremely nice and I appreciated him trying to help. I am overall disappointed in the professionalism and communication with this dealer. When I inquired about the vehicle I received 2 phone calls 10 minutes after inquiring availability. The calls were 3 minutes apart and included voicemails for both. I had emailed them explaining due to my work I am unable to speak on the phone and emailing or texting is the best way to reach me. I confirmed my appointment via email, I then received a phone call this morning to confirm again. The voicemails I received sounded extremely pushy and rude. I won’t lie honestly discouraged me a bit. I constantly check my email, I did not receive any emails nor did someone inform when I called an hour before that this vehicle was sold or not available. With my experience I would think that if you’re trying to make a sale that you would make sure that the car is there and ready for the customer when they have a scheduled appointment that is confirmed. I am disgusted in the fact that this happened to me and I cannot imagine how many others have had an issue here. Overall I would not recommend coming to this dealer, especially if you are a distance away. You cannot trust that your appointment is confirmed. You get harassed and bombarded with calls, voicemails and multiple emails. The emails sent to them is disregarded and ignored. The communication with buyer and even among staff is extremely poor. Again the rep that saw me when I entered was a different person from my calls/ emails. He was extremely kind and very polite. He is easily a 10/10 in terms of customer service, unfortunately I cannot say the same about other staff. If you use this dealer I wish you the best of luck! More
Purchased a vehicle in July 2023, had a couple hiccups after on a couple things that needed to be repaired. Shawn Nunnelly in Service was the best!! Horrible experience AFTER the sale. Realized the AC was totally shot the day I took delivery ($1,800 repair) despite their supposed "170 Point Inspection" for all pre-owned cars. Andrew Uffenheimer totally ghosted me for 2 months trying to resolve the issue. Countless emails and phone calls . . . NOTHING. Finally, after reaching out to the GM and threatening to sue did Andrew call me back. Told me he tried to get back to me which was total xx. Eventually they agreed to cover "parts only". To add insult to injury, 2 trim pieces around the front passenger wheel just fell off when driving. Replaced those myself as well. Whatever . . . horrible experience. Stay away. More
Made purchase in April 2022. Sales associate was not knowledgeable. Tried to charge me $250 for Zurich Shield. Tire pressure light was on because spare tire needed air. Also, I waited a long time for car to be ready. Would not buy from this place again. More
