They made the daunting task of having to buy a new car due to my only child getting her license and inheriting my current car a seamless process. Caleb took the time to get to know me as a person in order to understand what was important to me and what I valued the most. Based on what he learned he compiled all my different options to lease or buy that would fit my needs and budget. It is a big purchase so I wanted to check out other options and Caleb stayed amazing and followed up with me every step of the way to make sure I felt great about my decision regardless of if I went with their offer or not. He didn’t treat me like another commission but a person he valued. It was largely due to this exceptional customer service and the great price they offered me that I decided they deserved my business. It didn’t stop there everyone one on the team I met in the various departments from Tom and Bruce in fianance and Bob and Peter in service were great as well. They took the time to go over my new car, gave me their contact info that I could use as often as I needed if I have issues and questions and welcomed me to their Acura family. That’s exactly how they made me feel, like part of their family not just a person that just bought a car. Talk about WOW!!!
