He’s so easy to work with, polite, and knowledgeable. Tom Conti also helped me out tremendously. He answered all my questions promptly and even made fresh popcorn for my husband even though they were ready to close. Finally, Bruce Grabert in financing pulled it altogether and had me in my new car about an hour after I arrived. He also checked my old vehicle to make sure I didn’t leave any paper work in the glove compartment after the dealership was technically closed. In closing, I’ve had nothing but great service from anyone I’ve dealt with at First Acura. More

I found him to be extremely friendly and very professional.I was kept informed at all times about the repairs being down to my car even when the wrong part came in Shawn called to imform me and to apologize for the inconvenience and assured me the right part would be their the next day and it was. I have had the car for ten years and have always had it serviced at First Acura and it is still in excellent shape because of the service I have always gotten here. They made the daunting task of having to buy a new car due to my only child getting her license and inheriting my current car a seamless process. Caleb took the time to get to know me as a person in order to understand what was important to me and what I valued the most. Based on what he learned he compiled all my different options to lease or buy that would fit my needs and budget. It is a big purchase so I wanted to check out other options and Caleb stayed amazing and followed up with me every step of the way to make sure I felt great about my decision regardless of if I went with their offer or not. He didn’t treat me like another commission but a person he valued. It was largely due to this exceptional customer service and the great price they offered me that I decided they deserved my business. It didn’t stop there everyone one on the team I met in the various departments from Tom and Bruce in fianance and Bob and Peter in service were great as well. They took the time to go over my new car, gave me their contact info that I could use as often as I needed if I have issues and questions and welcomed me to their Acura family. That’s exactly how they made me feel, like part of their family not just a person that just bought a car. Talk about WOW!!!
