Courteous and helpful Have been using First Acura since I bought a car from them several years ago. Always professional, easy to get appointments. John (?) took care of air bag recall and had me on my way in the amount of time he estimated. When I asked about a possible problem, he gave me several options to try before having them look for the problem for a $130 charge. My only complaint is that they left Newport and it's an hour away but that's on me, not them! More

I called Prime Acura and was connected to Tom Santos in service and came in and was treated very nicely. I have been going there for service for three years now. They are fair, honest, friendly, and the work gets done right and quickly and the car gets cleaned. Great experience!!! I will buy my next Acura there as I recently met one of their sales people (Craig Boudreau) as my car was being serviced and went for a test ride. No pressure but a lot of information and very professional. The 2019 RDX is a great looking and driving car! More
