Quick, easy, and professional. If I needed more time for things to be explained to me, I’m sure it would’ve been given, but I didn’t need extra explanations. I had to get a new car because my catalytic converter was stolen. I completed a pre-authorization online and the next day, I was given a car that matched me, what the loan and interest rate would be, and by close of business, I was driving my new car home! The people were very nice and welcoming! They answered any and all questions. It was organized and they were very efficient! One thing I would like to point out is that the car that I purchased had no gas any and all questions. It was organized and they were very efficient! One thing I would like to point out is that the car that I purchased had no gas and also low tire pressure when I drove it off the lot. I was a little disappointed in that, as it is my very first car. But other than that, good experience! More
