Very Poor Business Ethics!!!!! My wife and I went to look at an 06 Dodge Ram. After looking at the truck it had a few things wrong with it, but they weren't deal breakers. I will say that it was weird when I got in the vehicle with the sales rep and the driver side mirror just fell off the truck and was dangling by two wires. When I decided to think about the pricing of the truck. The sales rep said if you give me a $500 down payment in check form we will hold the truck for one week. After two days they spoke to my wife about a price and my wife said she needed to speak with me first it was the next day that I contacted them with an answer, and I was informed via text message that the truck was sold to someone else. It should be noted that my wife was also informed that the GM or owner would contact her the day before I got the text message and that did not happen. Then I spoke with a manager that when I informed him of what happened said that they can sell a vehicle without notifying someone that has a deposit that they are going to do so. When I tried to tell the manager about the things his sales rep said he would do for us but didn't, the manager tried to redirect me buy saying they (the employees were a family) he did not admit that they were wrong at any point or that he would talk to the sales rep about anything that he did wrong. They also claim to have shredded my paperwork and check before even speaking with me, and after they already sold the truck to someone else when they said they wouldn't. The truck seemed like after they made some fixes that it would be a good truck, however in dealing with the sales rep and management it was an unprofessional environment. More

His office was 7 feet away from where I was sitting. I got up and left and will not be back. Most unprofessional experience I have ever had. More

Don't waste your time They tell you that they deal with people with poor credit. They don't. Drove all the way out there to look at one of their lower end trucks. Was in talks with Brad M. about this truck, he wouldn't even come out to tell me face to face that he couldn't help me. If I'm honest with myself, I know my credit didn't help me. But this dealership needs to be honest about some of the cars they are selling. Some at best are junk. They try to set a price like they are new. If I had the credit or could give advice to someone that does, just go to Village Point auto area. Much better. More
