At that time, the pick-up I was looking at online, had been sold, so I gave Pat my e-mail address and told him if he gets anything, let me know. Pat sent my some pictures of some trucks he thought id might be interested in, but no pressure to buy anything ! We kept in touch by e-mail until I was ready. I went Saturday to Gretna, hooked up with Pat ( which was busy with another customer ) so he introduced me to Josh. Josh, very polite and well mannered, went to their other lot to retrieve me a pick-up that id seen online, let me test drive it and offered to fix anything that was wrong, he showed me several pick-ups and let me test drive them to my satisfaction, until I found the right one for me ! And then at last , Tom, the man with the paperwork. Tom had everything ready to go once I made my choice. Tom explained everything well and had many offers to my needs.
