Unfortunately, within just three weeks, the transmission completely failed, leaving Fusion with 72,000 miles and a clean title from this dealership. Unfortunately, within just three weeks, the transmission completely failed, leaving us with a $5,000 repair bill. When I reached out to the dealership for assistance, they refused to offer any help. They were only able to refer us to a 3rd party repair shop- where the mechanic would give us a discount. Appreciate the mechanic helping us out but feel the dealership should take some responsibility from a customer service standpoint. I understand that buying a used car can come with risks, but I expected the dealership to stand behind their vehicles for at least a reasonable amount of time. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable used car. Proceed with caution! More

They covered the wheel bearing that went out of the truck on my way home. Come to find out there are zero emergency brakes on the pick up while the wheel bearing was getting replaced and the salesman went ra on my way home.
