Great crew! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Worth the 3 hour drive I made. I also had some great people helping me through the day considering I spent 4 1/2 hours there and took a while to decide what I wa hour drive I made. Buyer Beware Went in for a flyer promotion and ended up looking at used vehicles. Very high pressure sales tactics. I gave them a list of options I wanted and a price range I wanted to be in. The showed me cars that were manual transmission with no option to trucks that were almost fully loaded. After several hours and looking at about 8 vehicles they showed me on in their garage ( there was about 30 vehicles inside ). It had most of the options, but not one of my must haves and we negotiated for an hour before I thought we had come to a price. It was almost 10 pm and no finance guy so I came back the next day, well they whole pricing thing changed. So a vehicle with a trade in value of 10K with Dealer Price of 14K got sold to me for 19K. It was late at night, and I signed and got the car home, the next day in the sun you could see this had hail damage all over the roof and hood. The price and payment breakdown was poorly negotiated and pressured into a vehicle that wasn't really a good match. They also said they would let me know when I could go to the vehicle registration to get my plates. I had to call the DMV and the dealership a few times several weeks apart to find out when the dealership was going to get the title from the previous bank and things sent to the DMV. Left a very bad feeling of being scammed and coerced, there are many other dealers in this area that don't use these tactics. They wont get me again, and I will share with others I know. More
I bought a 2007 Chevy Silverado and Charles was a amazing person to deal with the truck was supposedly checked out 100% by another shop but when I took it home I noticed the headlights didn't work when I we person to deal with the truck was supposedly checked out 100% by another shop but when I took it home I noticed the headlights didn't work when I went to go to the store a few nights later and one tail light was out was told while i was driving down the road I called Charles and let him know and he apologized for there mistake (the other shop) he said bring it in and it will get fixed right away he also fixed my remote start that stopped working I would seriously recommend this dealership they are great and super easy to work with thanks for the amazing truck Gretna and thanks for fixing things the other shop didn't mention I am still in love with it and will continue to be. I will definitely buy from them again in the future. More
