Tyler and the team at Gretna Auto were extremely professional and gave myself a world class experience while I was shopping for a vehicle I have always wanted. They did everything that they said the professional and gave myself a world class experience while I was shopping for a vehicle I have always wanted. They did everything that they said they were going to do and they did it in a timely and respectful manor. They showed me many options to fit my needs without pressuring me and they were very trusting! They made me feel important and they were all so great to work with! Bob was as helpful as he could be but I would definitely recommend buyer beware at a gretna Auto Outlet because the company does not stand behind its sales. After purchasing a 2011 Jeep for my son I brough recommend buyer beware at a gretna Auto Outlet because the company does not stand behind its sales. After purchasing a 2011 Jeep for my son I brought the vehicle to my mechanic based on the mileage. The repairs have been mounting including alternator, axle work, and seat belt. Additionally, the rear main seal needs to be replaced. I called Bob back to see if Gretna Auto would partner with me on the rear main seal repair. Bob checked with the owner and manager and informed me they only made dollars on my vehicle. The best they could do is give me the name and number of their mechanic to get the repair done at their cost. When I asked about inspecting vehicles, I was told that they really didn’t do that based on the cost of the vehicle. Pretty much just changed the oil. I really wish that I would have read the reviews before buying a car from Gretna Auto Outlet. There seems to be a common thread of this dealership washing their hands of any issues after walking off the lot. I will not be going back to Gretna Auto for any future purchases and would advise everyone to look elsewhere for their next vehicle purchase. More

When I was test driving the vehicle, I noticed a warning light that stated "Adaptive Headlight malfunction". I brought this to the sales persons attention and he said that they would check it out, but it was most likely just a sensor issue that a BMW dealership would need to turn off. I went through the rest of the process and decided to purchase the vehicle based on that information. When presented with the extended warranty option during the financing process, I turned it down as I had trusted the vehicle had been serviced properly and was willing to take on any cost associated with owning a vehicle that had been maintained regularly (the sales person showed me the car-fax with this information). After I had purchased the vehicle, I brought it to a BMW dealership to have the sensor taken care of as well as checked over. The BMW technician found that "both the caps were off (the tech actually found them laying on the undershields on your vehicle) so it is likely that someone was doing some work on the vehicle possible left them off." I contacted Gretna Auto Outlet to discuss this information with them and they said there is nothing they would do as I bought the vehicle "as is". I understand the risk in buying the vehicle as is and not having extended warranty, however I feel the information and promises provided me were meant to mislead me and they knew the issue. I was more than willing to try and figure something out with the dealer but was met with unreturned phone calls and being told the blame was on me because of the documents I signed. One last piece that was shared with me during one of these phone calls was that I had signed a document which would have had anything discussed during the sales process on it. I do not specifically remember a document like that, however there was a lot of documents to sign. I was also informed by extended warranty that this issue would not be covered by them because it wasn't a mechanical failure since the caps were simply left off and laying there which allowed the moisture to get into the mechanism. The BMW dealer also informed me that the headlights are not functioning. I feel this was gross negligence on the part of Gretna Auto Outlet. After reading other reviews, this is nothing new for this dealership More
