Not sure what that ment but some how as i sat waiting on paperwork i ended up ordering what was needed on amazon on MY ACCOUNT humm oh well so as i was signing paper the guys were out taking the stickers off windows you know the 2018 and the smiley face on the windshield. all done headed home 30 miles away my wife says did you know this windows chipped i said HECK NO! Oh ya the old cover it up with the 2018 and not tell the customer not happy not sure i will refer the 2 guys that are looking for truck yes i bought as is but wow at least tell me don't hide this, anyway it was a good experience by far. now ill wait to see if they really do send me that extra key there suppose to get for me More

Very dissatisfied! Car problems discovered on drive home. Returned car the next morning. Their mechanic kept car for over a week. I was contacted to explain to them how to find service light to come home. Returned car the next morning. Their mechanic kept car for over a week. I was contacted to explain to them how to find service light to come up! Their mechanic turned off service light and car returned. I heard another problem when turned car on. Took it to my mechanic who found cracked catalytic converter! I contacted Gretna Auto for help with this costly repair. Manager would not consider helping and hung up on me. I find it difficult to believe they did not know this car was not in adequate condition. I am not mechanic and could hear the problem! Treated poorly and manager was very rude. I strongly advise prospective buyers to walk away ! More

Very nice indoor showroom. Salesperson was professional. Overall ok. A few things I didn’t like. The blinker on side mirror was broken. That was not shown or disclosed.
