After visiting every dealer in town I went back to Gresham Toyota. Ted took the time to go through all financing options with us. Ted actually stayed until 1030 showing us all the features the car had and making sure my wife felt comfortable before driving away. It is outstanding customer service that made me come back and purchase the car through Gresham Toyota. Customer service is everything to me. Again, I want to say, Ted is the man to go to if your shopping for a vehicle. He goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. Upon completing everything he said "if your ever not happy with anything I want you to come back to me and we will make it right". That right there is what we need more of in this world! My wife and I were quite taken aback when we did not get the "salesman's pushy pitch". On the contrary, we found it to be a most plesant experience especially more so since on the day of final payment our the "salesman's pushy pitch".
