Mark gave us pertinent info on them and said he would 'find' the one we want. He did and arranged for after market leather to make the perfect pkg for us. The only F&I person was backed up because several buyers were waiting. Mark apologized and 'entertained' us. F&I person, J Scott, did an amazing job of whipping through the endless paperwork in record time, knowing how tired we all were. Mark was so knowledgable and so patient with us as we made decisions. I purchased a 1999 Toyota Tacoma. Very easy to work with and customer friendly. The salesman was not pushey and worked to find a vehicle to fit our family need. Mark (Red Hat) was very friendly and answered every one of my questions (no matter how many I had). He helped my family and I find the car that we wanted and even took the time to help us order floor mats of my questions (no matter how many I had). I was met with an very informative salesman, Jeremy W. He was patient and interested in what I needed and could afford. I ended up with a 1998 Toyota Camry and it is sooo clean inside and out. The engine is clean and appears to have all new hoses and belts and with new tires all the way around. Doug Gabbert double checked everything to see if it was in order. Then we went inside to sign papers and Jeff Scott was efficient and looked for the best deal out there. I am very, very happy with the whole transaction and will return to Gresham Toyota somewhere down the road when I'm ready but I have all the faith in the world of this car lasting for a long time.
