This is my 3rd purchase from this dealership. As dealerships go, I think Gresham Toyota is one of the better ones. I bought an 06 Suzuki Grand Vitara XSport. Loved it the moment I saw it! I did not need my hip waders for the BS that usually comes with buying a car. He is very straight forward and I appreciate that. I only had one issue with my car. Three weeks, to the day, after my purchase it would not start. I tried to jump start it but could not. It did end up being the battery and I really felt that Toyota should have replaced it. Yes it was the original battery, and yes I signed the "AS IS" agreement, but come on people. It would have gotten you 5's across the board. Anyway, the Service Department was very friendly, the ladies at the front desk are great, so over-all a pretty friendly place. More

I initially contacted Gresham Toyota by phone to try to work out as many details as possible before my wife and I actually drove 3+ hours to visit this dealership in person. I contacted Jim Lane who promptly answered our questions and provided the information we asked for relating to our "trade-in" value. Jim even took the initiative to locate and secure the exact color and equipped new Toyota 4Runner (that my wife actually preferred) from the inventory of another competing Toyota dealership in the surrounding area. A smart move on Jim's part by the way! Upon arrival, the "4Runner" was ready and waiting for us. We inspected and test drove it, (of course, loved it!) worked out the financial terms and subsequently bought it. Would we buy from Gresham Toyota again? Absolutely! I needed a new car and had doubts whether I should go with Mazda 3 or Toyota Corolla S 2011. My friends and some relatives highly recommended to get the Toyota and specifically from the Gresham Toyota. Only now I understand that going with Gresham Toyota was the only right choice. I am a highly skeptical person and don't trust people too easily, but the Gresham Toyota was "something else." These people are honest and open to everyone. I was surprised how quickly and smoothly the purchase process went. They offered me the car that I was looking for as well as a very nice price step down. I would definitely recommend to everyone to get their new car specifically at the Gresham Toyota. There are not many dealers of this grade/quality left. More

Mark gave us pertinent info on them and said he would 'find' the one we want. He did and arranged for after market leather to make the perfect pkg for us. The only F&I person was backed up because several buyers were waiting. Mark apologized and 'entertained' us. F&I person, J Scott, did an amazing job of whipping through the endless paperwork in record time, knowing how tired we all were. Mark was so knowledgable and so patient with us as we made decisions. This was my 2nd purchase from Gresham Toyota. I'll be back. More

I purchased a 1999 Toyota Tacoma.
