When looking on the internet for a good used pickup I found a 1993 Ford Ranger at the Own-A-Car lot in Salem. Knowing that Own-A-Car was affiliated with Gresham Toyota I decided to contact Kay Caldwell with whom I had already purchased a vehicle from and found him a pleasure to do business with. I negotiated a price with Kay and asked if the pickup could be delivered to their lot here in Gresham to which he replied “yes”. The following day I meet with Kay and examined the Ford Ranger and found it to be as represented. Kay then introduced me to Jose Escandon, who took care of the financial portion of the deal. Both Kay and Jose were very professional and a pleasure to do business with. The only negative commit I can make is that with the previous purchase and this purchase they sent me on the road with an empty gas tank. More
