Don't hold your breath on Gresham Toyota calling you back or paying for any repairs to your truck. I had a similar experience with them (see my review below) when I purchased a NEW Tundra that had bumper damage. Even though I had their written promise to repair the bumper when I returned the vehicle they reneged on it. My telephone calls to speak with the dealership owner were ignored. When I visited the dealership at a later date I requested to speak with the owner only to have the sales manager hand me a photocopied "Notice of Exclusion" form attempting to prohibit me from visiting the dealership in the future. I have some doubts on the sincerity of the glowing reviews below but have NONE if one of their customers experience any problems with these people. I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Gresham Toyota. The vehicle I had purchased was sold as-is but had a full service checkup. They were nice to deal with and worked with me on my trade in. Upon returning home the check engine light came on. I stopped at my local dealer who said a $300 part needed to be replaced. The dealer said the check engine light had been coming on for quite some time but Gresham Toyota had reset it. When you reset a check engine light it will stay off for five hundred to a thousand miles. I also had to purchase an antenna and a cd-changer magazine since these were missing from my car. Within a week I noticed spots in my driveway and come to find out my new car is leaking fluids. I have a scheduled appointment at my local dealer to diagnose the leak and replace the $300 part. Before I could make it to my appointment my car broke down all together. I have put less than a thousand miles on this vehicle and it currently sits broke down at my work. The engine will not turn over when I go to start it. I’ve called to have it towed sixty-miles to my local dealership to diagnosis this new problem. Quite frustrated with my vehicle I called Gresham Toyota just to voice my concerns about the problems I was having. Tommy, the salesman I had purchased the car from just kept saying you bought a pre-owned vehicle as-is. I told Tommy I understood this but was frustrated due to the fact it had a full service checkup performed at Gresham Toyota before I purchased it. Tommy just kept saying it was as-is and began laughing as if he didn’t care. I asked to speak with his manager and he hung up on me. I’ve called back and left a message for his manager to call me back. I understand I purchased an as-is vehicle but feel wronged since their version of a full service checkup is to wipe up leak marks and reset check engine lights. I think Gresham Toyota is quite dishonest and would never refer anyone to them. The people at this dealership are the best ever!!!!!!!!! The entire staff was friendly. The sales person was the best I have ever dealt with in buying a car. Everyone was great! The salesman I dealt with was very professional. Not pushy, when I was undecided Mr Johnson was patient and helped me decide on the best vehicle ( Avalon) for me. He worked with me three days,one the 4th of July, another he came in on his day off.I am very happy, he delivered the Avalon and sat for an hour teaching me how different electronics etc worked. We purchased our first Toyota from Gresham Toyota in 1989 & we had such a good experience that we didn't think twice about purchasing from them again. I've already recommended them to numerous people. Although we have never used their service department, we met the service manager & he was very professional. If we lived closer the them, we would definitely use the facility. They did install a tow package on the truck for us & their work was excellent. More
Wes Bell was so awesome to work with. I was totally shopping around but knew that when I found the best price, I would go back to Wes to see if he could match the price. He stuck with me for 3 years w shopping around but knew that when I found the best price, I would go back to Wes to see if he could match the price. He stuck with me for 3 years while I debated whether to buy a car or not. Not only did he gave me the best Costco pricing, his team also gave me the best rate from Toyota directly. They couldn't even match my credit union. I have recommended a lot of people to Wes and hope that they use him in the future. I have gained a friend for life and my next car I buy will be with Wes Bell. He is a great caring person. He could care less about how much money/commission he makes. HE'S ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Very clean dealership with many quality used Toyota products. Used Toyota Solara are hard to find and I was very pleased with the one I found. Brook was very easy to work with and the process through t products. Used Toyota Solara are hard to find and I was very pleased with the one I found. Brook was very easy to work with and the process through the purchase was very timely. The car was clean and the only negative was the hard water spots on the windows but got them off with some heavy acid. As clean as the lot is it is a shame your showroom couldn't have been bigger with some detailed showroom vehicles in it. I drove up from Bend and you made the time and effort worthwhile. Thank you. I bought a new Limited Tundra from Gresham Toyota that had bumper damage caused by dealer just prior to purchasing it. The General Sales Manager promised that it would be repaired at their expense when re had bumper damage caused by dealer just prior to purchasing it. The General Sales Manager promised that it would be repaired at their expense when returned at my convenience. I asked for his promise in writing. Both parties signed promise to repair vehicle. Unbeknownst to me the copy that they kept stated "good for 30 days only" on bottom of page. The copy I received had this statement removed by it being cut off! <br><br>When I contacted the dealer to have the repair work done it was beyond the 30 days and then found out what their copy stated. They refused to repair the damage. Real cute!<br><br>The owner was "too busy" to return any telephone calls and explaining the situation to their Customer Relations Manager was a joke...she is related to one of the owners. <br><br>Very poor customer service and they do not honor their word. They only care about a sale of a vehicle and not interested in keeping a PAST (emphasis mine) customer happy by following through on promised work to be done. <br><br>There is no way I would recommend Gresham Toyota.<br><br>P.S.
