I traveled to Gresham Toyota to drive an internet advertised pre-owned Jeep Liberty. I had the remnants of a nasty cold , and my sense of humor was limited. The purchase experience was painless and almost fun. The vehicle was well priced and ALL of the staff with whom I dealt were very courteous, upbeat and genuine. After the sale a mechanical problem reared its' head. This issue was dealt with very promptly and they covered the bill. The only area of improvement that I could suggest would be in the area of in-house communications; and issues in that area were quickly resolved. More

When we'd finally narrowed it down to a Tundra, he made sure that we were able to look at and test drive all the different packages! It was so nice to compare and contrast them in a hands-on way, rather than just reading the features in the brochure. Tom Van was exceptionally friendly and patient - never pushy! He willingly met with us several times and was very prompt when getting back to us with information. Everything went so smoothly that I really can't imagine a better experience! More
