Our understanding was that the transmission had a bit of a hard shift, not that it had failed or was undrivable and we have offered you a discounted rate at a transimission specialist for service. Further, we trust you can understand the need for this "As-Is" purchase, especially for a non-certified used vehicle that was sold at a discounted price of $3500 and had a bit over 100,000 miles on it. There is just no way of knowing future issues that could arise, which is why we always recommend a Vehicle Service Agreement at the time of sale. Please know we do value you as a customer and wish you the best in the future.
