Mark (Red Hat) was very friendly and answered every one of my questions (no matter how many I had). He helped my family and I find the car that we wanted and even took the time to help us order floor mats of my questions (no matter how many I had). Mark was very thorough in explaining the the specifications of the car and also explained to us buttons in the car that we did not know how to operate. TO DATE I HAVE BOUGHT NOW 4 VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, 3 OF WHICH HAVE BEEN PURCHASED WITH TRAVIS. SO FAR IN ALL OF MY CAR BUYING YEARS TRAVIS HAS BEEN THE ONLY CAR SALESMAN THAT I FEEL COMFOR DEALERSHIP, 3 OF WHICH HAVE BEEN PURCHASED WITH TRAVIS. I was met with an very informative salesman, Jeremy W. He was patient and interested in what I needed and could afford. I ended up with a 1998 Toyota Camry and it is sooo clean inside and out. The engine is clean and appears to have all new hoses and belts and with new tires all the way around. Doug Gabbert double checked everything to see if it was in order. Then we went inside to sign papers and Jeff Scott was efficient and looked for the best deal out there. I am very, very happy with the whole transaction and will return to Gresham Toyota somewhere down the road when I'm ready but I have all the faith in the world of this car lasting for a long time. Purchased a used car that was represented as in good condition and within a week the transmission went out. I purchased it as-is. When I asked the salesman before I purchased the vehicle if it had a maj condition and within a week the transmission went out. I purchased it as-is. When I asked the salesman before I purchased the vehicle if it had a major problem within month of purchase would dealer take care of problem he said yes. When I contacted salesman After I discovered the problem he said his boss said I could have their discount at a transmission shop. I was surprised that this dealership would knowingly sell a faulty vehicle. Because after having the vehicle for a week and being able to check things out that I could not do at dealership I found out that it was bad before I purchased it. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone again. More
If it wasn't for the fact that they happen to have the car that I wanted, I wouldn't have every bought from them...instead I bought in spite of Gresham Toyota. They had a car I wanted for sale for $13, car that I wanted, I wouldn't have every bought from them...instead I bought in spite of Gresham Toyota. They had a car I wanted for sale for $13,500. I asked if they could come down to $12,500, and the salesman said they could do $12,800. I asked them once again to consider $12,500 and after speaking with his manager, they came back at $13,000. So, I asked unbelievingly if they were not going to even honor the $12,800 they had already quoted. They said no and stayed firm. Some people may call that good negotiating on their part, but going back on your word for $200 extra, I call that unethical. Then, I left a $500 deposit so they would hold the car until the next day. A week after I purchased the vehicle, I was checking my credit card account and, low and behold, the $500 charge was still there. If it wasn't for me catching it, they would have never said anything. I like my new car. Gresham Toyota, not so much. More
