Shig is knowledgeable, honest and works for the customer. If you're looking for a vehicle to purchase, I highly recommend you take a drive out to Gresham Toyota and ask for Shig. Recommend but with reservation I found a 2007 Ford Mustang online at Gresham Ford. Did my research, pulled the car fax, knew the car. Secured my own loan through my credit union, was in the CUDL system and ready to go. All Lonnie had to do was hand me some paperwork to sign and give me the keys, his easiest sale. When he first asked for my social security number he said it was for homeland security and jokingly stated they had to make sure I want a terrorist. When I gave him my federal ID number, acceptable alternate number on their form, he came back and said he needed my SSN to enter into the CUDL system. Then he comes back 20 minutes later with my credit check. At no time did I give him permission to run my credit check. He took my SSN to make sure I wasn't a terrorist. He took it to retrieve my loan from the CUDL system he wanted to use. He did not have permission to run my credit! So, what had this done? In the big scheme of life, probably nothing. But, if you've ever worked on building your credit up from past mistakes you know how difficult it is to raise out even a couple of points. My credit was ran to secure the loan on May 27- dropped my credit score by 4 points. Lonnie ran my credit score on June 11th, fire a loan I already dropped my credit another 4 points. Eight points is not a huge deal, right? At my credit union, a score of 680 or above equals a rate of 4.2%. Below 680 is 9.45%. Eight points could mean alot. Thanks Lonnie. More

We needed to get one small thing fixed and despite living in Bend, Raymond and the manager Bill James made sure the Sienna was fixed and ready to go. I was looking for a replacement for my 12 year old Honda, and had looked at the information on the Toyota Highlander. Gresham folks, especially Ken Aiken, gave me a demo ride in a new Highlander, answered m and had looked at the information on the Toyota Highlander. Cameron is a young salesman who is professional and informative. I was impressed with his honesty and his ability to communicate with my wife and I like we were people, not customers. When we arrived at Gresham Toyota we had no intention of purchasing a truck on that day. Cameron's hustle on the lot (he actually ran to get a truck for us to test drive), courteous demeanor and general candor made us comfortable enough to test drive a truck that was more expensive than we planned on looking at. Jim was the negotiator. He was polite and he and Cameron seemed to have a good relationship with each other. Jim twisted a few numbers for us …as all of them do……and we ended up making a deal. He was not pushy, gave us a couple thousand for my old, barely running truck and worked with us a bit on interest rates and financing terms. (I'm not much of a haggler so I'm sure I made it easy.) Travis was the final finance guy. He was very accommodating and finagled us a deal on a protection plan that is an extremely high value for me. I enjoyed working with all of them Lets face it, these guys are in the business of making money. They did a good job with their customer service and I was impressed with their teamwork. I bought a truck that was way more expensive than I planned on but ……..man o man, am I Happy with it!!!! I would recommend them. We were traveling from Coos Bay by way of Grants Pass and noticed a whine in our engine. My husband suspected the alternator was going bad when the car was slow to start. It was about 2pm when we arrived i noticed a whine in our engine. My husband suspected the alternator was going bad when the car was slow to start. It was about 2pm when we arrived in Gresham and were under the gun to complete an inspection on a house before sunset. Camren not only got the problem diagnosed quickly, but got us a rental car so we could complete our business. The car was ready for us that evening, but since we were still working, we picked it up the following morning. We dropped the rental off at the dealership and were on our way. Our dog travels with us and Ruth and the guys in parts made him and us feel very welcome while we were waiting. More

A engine oil leak was discovered and I took my truck first to a quick-lube place, and then to a specialty shop to try and find out what was wrong. I know nothing about cars and I'm always expecting to get ripped off because of my lack of knowledge. The folks at Gresham Toyota took the time to explain my options -- and ended up saving me over $200 from the estimates I got from others. I have gone to them over the years and I absolutely trust them with my safety. They treated me with respect and I would recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation. More
