I came to Gresham Toyota specifically to work with Lonnie. He had gone above and beyond when he helped me suprise my husband on the last truck he sold me and it was a superior experience again. I had told Lonnie what we were looking for and that we were trading in Sean's truck that was getting fixed and for him not to worry himself because it might take a couple weeks. We met with Lonnie that weekend and he had found the PERFECT TRUCK for Sean, and asked if we would like to take it home and he would take care of our old truck when it got done. I traveled to Gresham Toyota to drive an internet advertised pre-owned Jeep Liberty. I had the remnants of a nasty cold , and my sense of humor was limited. The purchase experience was painless and almost fun. The vehicle was well priced and ALL of the staff with whom I dealt were very courteous, upbeat and genuine. After the sale a mechanical problem reared its' head. This issue was dealt with very promptly and they covered the bill. The only area of improvement that I could suggest would be in the area of in-house communications; and issues in that area were quickly resolved. More

We had a wonderful experience at the Gresham Toyota-Scion dealership! We went in with a pretty good idea of what we wanted - a Toyota Tacoma. After looking at it and comparing it to all of our kids, we knew dealership! We went in with a pretty good idea of what we wanted - a Toyota Tacoma. When we'd finally narrowed it down to a Tundra, he made sure that we were able to look at and test drive all the different packages! It was so nice to compare and contrast them in a hands-on way, rather than just reading the features in the brochure. Tom Van was exceptionally friendly and patient - never pushy! He willingly met with us several times and was very prompt when getting back to us with information. Everything went so smoothly that I really can't imagine a better experience! More
