I feel I was a victim of a bait and switch deal on the part of the salesman and the dealership yesterday when my husband and I stopped by to look at cars. We found a car we liked very much. The price on the car in a big orange tag was $14,500.00. The salesman never once questioned the price as we drove the car and talked about it. We set down to do the paper work and all of the sudden "oh my, that is not the correct price." Let me talk to my manager. They would not honor the price on the car, even though all of the information on the key was also on the sign in the window. I feel they took advantage of us as senior citizens, thinking we would fall for this. I, personally, do not believe this was an error. They wanted us to pay $2,352.00 more than the salesman quoted us. I want to get this information out to as many people as possible so that they will not have to go through the upset and disappointment that this caused us. I am using all avenues available for everyone to see. Do not do business with this company. More
Andric was very friendly, informative, and accommodating. He kept showing me cars that were in my price range until I found a few that I liked. Great group of individuals working for Gresham Toyota. No pressure, listened to what I wanted and worked a deal to get me the best financing possible. Would have liked the process to move faster, took around pressure, listened to what I wanted and worked a deal to get me the best financing possible. He was patient and allowed us the time we needed to make a decision so we felt very comfortable. Another thing that really set Dan apart was that he knew his inventory by memory and because he is also the finance director of the dealership, he was easily able to provide us with a lot of alternatives we had not even considered. Great experience buying the car. There are a few minor issues. Gresham Toyota needs to change your policy to allow the purchase of a car on a credit card. I am not impressed with this policy and if you want me to purchase more from Gresham Toyota, it need changed imediately!!! More than 2 keys need to be supplied with a car. It should be a minimum of 4. If it was not such a pain and time consuming process and expensive, I would not complain. That leaves me with a bad taste for the "car-buying" experience. Who wrote this requirement that it has to be a minimum of 25 words. More

They offered to match the Costco's $200 over invoice. Instead I received $200 over Retail. Not the same! I did receive the promotional discount though. Gave a deposit and was promised a particular vehicle in early May ( 4 week wait). Vehicle came in "damaged" and I was told that even though I had given a deposit, I had to go to the "back of the line", as early May ( 4 week wait). I was told it would be 2 - 3 months, and I would not have the vehicle in the 10 week window I had allowed in order to get it here in time for my daughter's college graduation. I liked Amanda and we originally ordered from Gresham because of her. I do not blame Amanda; I feel sorry that Management did not take this opportunity to teach her what true customer service is all about. Gresham Toyota should have bent over backwards to make up for the vehicle coming in damaged after the 4 week wait. Instead, I was left on my own to procure the vehicle. After hours online, I found the vehicle I wanted, and though it ended up costing me an additional $1,000 I now have the vehicle for my daughter. Thanks in no part to Gresham Toyota. All they told me is that they would do the best they could. No phone call or communication in the last two weeks! They could have done everything I did but chose not to. Perhaps it was because I live three hours away and thought an unhappy customer that far away would cause them no damage. Total lack of integrity. They just didn't care. More
Dan Roemmich is the best salesman that i have ever meet in all the years i have purchased a vehicle new or used. I love my new ford focus and when the time comes to buy a new vehicle again i will be sure t in all the years i have purchased a vehicle new or used. It was an over all wonderful experience. We traded in our 2001 Ford Ranger that had 95,000+ miles on it and they gave us over a thousand dollars more for it than I thought it was worth.
