Jim made sure that the vehicle I wanted, a 2012 base Scion xB, was in stock before making me drive all the way over there. I really appreciate the time he took out of his schedule (when I came back to get my stereo put in) to get my tank topped off like he said he would, no reminders from me were necessary! Jeff Scott was able to finalize my paperwork, scored a great interest rate for me and even called back to say that Toyota Financing was giving me a lower interest rate than what he thought previously (shopped over the weekend). What I am impressed with the most is that when the service department put my stereo in, they accidentally scratched my shift knob. I would never have noticed, instead the service person came to me, told me what happened, apologized and said 'we've already the new knob, we'll call when it arrives.'. The integrity that this shows means a lot to me. Thank you Gresham Toyota Scion, I'll be back for my next car and will be referring everyone I know to your business!!! More

I was looking for a dependable used car and had visited several dealerships. My situation was somewhat unique because my partner was actually purchasing the car for me. Most of the dealerships would not seriously talk about price and terms until he was present. This place was totally different. Travis met with me and took the time to listen to my circumstances, and took it from there. The price of the car was very good to begin with, but I was able to negotiate an even better price and it was painless. I didn't have to sit through sales pitches with several different managers to get the price. Travis did it all. After the price was determined, Travis called my partner and got all his information and finished the transaction over the phone. We only had to come in later that night to sign. Travis was leaving at 5 o'clock, so he put Tom Van in charge after that. Tom was great as well. It was about the most painless auto transaction I have ever encountered, and I have bought more than 20 cars in my life so far!!! Will definitely go back again.!!! More
