I went to three Toyota dealers looking at cars (including Gresham Toyota) before my visit to actually inquire about buying. Came back to Gresham Toyota for one basic reason, to get the best price. They gave me the best price in 2000 on a Corolla, gave my parents the best price in 2002 on a Camry. And as expected came back with a great price for me on my wife's new 2013 Camry SE. Not only did I get the best price, I did not have to deal with some Butt Head car salesman. To deal with a sick, twisted, and severely politically incorrect person like me and maintain a pleasant and professional outlook says allot about about Josh and Ted. More

We ended up buying a car for me, and Kenny Shonk was great at making sure I was able to get everything I wanted with my new car and making sure I was well cared for in the whole process. No dealing with multiple people, no games, just honest and GREAT service. Now that I have my car, I am greatly impressed by service! These people really CARE about their customers and offer the most respect I've seen at any buisness. I was not only impressed by how I have been treated and how my car is cared for, but in witnessing the care I've seen given to other customers. Lonnie is extremely knowledgeable. Noticing how old my car was immediately explained all the new safety features. Toyota's have kept me safe for 30+ years. This man didn't even flintch when I said I don't believe in talking & driving & don't have a 'Smart Phone'. Well, do you have a cell phone? Yes. We then went onto music. This is where you connect IPod. Of course; I don't have one. After he patiently showed my other models; I was still sold on getting my 3rd Corolla & went home with 2 offers. Day 2 was back for 'nagigation' instructions; my husband thought that was important. This man is a "SAINT". So patient! He even has my cell phone connected & magic; I can call anyone in my address book. I can talk to my car & my navigation works! These happened the day after the sale! I flunked navigation the night I bought the car. Lonnie really follows up after the sale! He goes the extra mile. As for service department. They are the best! This is a few decade recommendation! When I tell my friends about my new car & experience; they just laugh - knowing me; but want Lonnie's card. I wanted a basic Corolla; oh my - I have every feature & love it! If you don't have an IPod. Lonnie showed me how a Nano works just as well. Amazing car! I would have kept my old one if it weren't for Lonnie. NO PRESSURE! Excellent saleperson! Both of the people I dealt with were very honest, friendly, and professional(not to mention quick). The van we were shown was the nicest vehicle we had been shown in all of our looking(low miles,good looking). They even gave us a warranty!!!! That was NEVER offered at ANY other dealership. Basically, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I have a credit rating of 0. not no credit. 0 rating credit! And they got me a GREAT van and a payment i could live with. THANK YOU GRESHAM TOYOTA! WE WILL BE BACK!!!! DUN DUN DUN!!!! More
