Gave a deposit and was promised a particular vehicle in early May ( 4 week wait). Vehicle came in "damaged" and I was told that even though I had given a deposit, I had to go to the "back of the line", as early May ( 4 week wait). I was told it would be 2 - 3 months, and I would not have the vehicle in the 10 week window I had allowed in order to get it here in time for my daughter's college graduation. I liked Amanda and we originally ordered from Gresham because of her. I do not blame Amanda; I feel sorry that Management did not take this opportunity to teach her what true customer service is all about. Gresham Toyota should have bent over backwards to make up for the vehicle coming in damaged after the 4 week wait. Instead, I was left on my own to procure the vehicle. After hours online, I found the vehicle I wanted, and though it ended up costing me an additional $1,000 I now have the vehicle for my daughter. Thanks in no part to Gresham Toyota. All they told me is that they would do the best they could. No phone call or communication in the last two weeks! They could have done everything I did but chose not to. Perhaps it was because I live three hours away and thought an unhappy customer that far away would cause them no damage. Total lack of integrity. They just didn't care. More
Dan Roemmich is the best salesman that i have ever meet in all the years i have purchased a vehicle new or used. It was an over all wonderful experience. We traded in our 2001 Ford Ranger that had 95,000+ miles on it and they gave us over a thousand dollars more for it than I thought it was worth. Came in planing to test drive Prius v. We had a good offer from another dealer on the other side of town, but car was not yet in and we had time for a test drive, so decided to do so close to home. I had previously been in contact with Lonnie via email & phone. The trade-in price for our older car was the deal-clincher for us. We got what we were looking for via a private/Craig's List sale and were amazed that we did. We just had to haggle a bit more on the price of the new car. Test drive & negotiations were a 2-hour process and the new car had to come from another dealer. We were able to pick that up the next day but still had another 2-hour process with another (shorter) drive, an explanation of the Entune system and other bells & whistles, and then the financials with Ted. Learning Entune was good, but we were surprised it took so long for a cash deal. Ted explained that it would've taken much longer if we did need financing. He was also pleasant to work with. Lonnie was great to work with and called a couple of times after the sale to see how things were and we even had another appointment for an Entune refresher. This is our 3rd Prius (first Prius v, of course) and our 2nd Prius from Gresham Toyota. Wish the 2nd had also been from them! More
.Considering it was a wet rainy day we had a excellent experience. The purchaser is a taller woman who knows what she wants when she sees it. This vehicle fit the bill. Tommie Johnson is an "A" number one guy and a real stand up individual. I have not had an easier expereience then I did buying this car. I will continue to be a loyal Gresham Toyota customer and loyal to Tommie Johnson for making my first time purchase at Gresham Toyota one to remember. It could not have been faster or more hassle free than this. This was my 9th car I have purchased and trust me I hate to deal with the car dealer game more than anyone. Tommie eliminated all of that. 1 hour 20 minutes start to finish and that included signing the finance paper work with Jeff Scott another quality guy! Thank you! My experience at Gresham Toyota was with out a doubt the best car buying experience I've ever had! My salesman was Kenny Shonk and he was great. I never felt like I was being pressured into anything and he was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in(Prius). Within 10 min of arrival I was already behind the wheel of a car test driving it.I went there to buy a Prius C but they didn't have any in colors I liked so Kenny pulled out a nicer(IMO) regular Prius(Prius 2) which was on sale for just a little more which still fit in my budget.I didn't really like the look of the Prius C so I'm glad Kenny was able to find a regular one I could afford.After a pretty painless and short negotiation we came to a very fair deal.I was now off to see Ted. Ted was great, very nice and knowledgeable about the best deals for financing. Thanks to Ted I ended up going through my wife's credit union and getting a rate of 3% APR! According to KBB.com I got a great deal($250.00 less then I should have paid)I am very happy with my experience at Gresham Toyota and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. More

We were looking for a new Toyota Sienna AWD van. Kenny met us in the parking lot and showed us the vans. There was NO pressure to buy. Kenny showed us the vans and described the various features. He came out with the invoice that showed what the dealer paid, the invoice, and the MSRP. They offered us a very reasonable and fair price. We transacted the whole business in an hour. They had to get the color we wanted from another dealership. It took longer to get the van to the dealership than it did to pick out the model and the color. We left that afternoon with exactly the van we wanted and one of our preferred colors. I would do business with this dealer anytime. More
