He remembered small details about our lives and our wants in a vehicle. He walked me through the process of ordering my car and made sure that I was happy before I left. I even made him cookies and wrote a 2 page letter to his supervisor about his wonderful service. Ted made going through financing very easy and was great at explaining the perks and options that were available to us as purchasers of a new vehicle. He was polite and kind. Great experience buying the car. There are a few minor issues. Gresham Toyota needs to change your policy to allow the purchase of a car on a credit card. I am not impressed with this policy and if you want me to purchase more from Gresham Toyota, it need changed imediately!!! More than 2 keys need to be supplied with a car. It should be a minimum of 4. If it was not such a pain and time consuming process and expensive, I would not complain. That leaves me with a bad taste for the "car-buying" experience. Who wrote this requirement that it has to be a minimum of 25 words. More
