He answered all of our questions and even got us the chance to do an extended test drive on the Prius and the Prius C to see which we preferred. I had done some price shopping and got a really good price, but at a dealer that was pretty far away. I sent the quote to Andric, he showed it to the boss and got the price approved! That was the end of the haggling. He gave me the price in writing and no one tried to negotiate it any further. I literally went in, Andric went over some features and things I needed to know, I spoke to financing, signed papers, Andris filled my tank, synced my phone, programmed in some stuff for me and showed me how to do it and we were on our way. Much too easy! I would definitely recommend this salesman and this dealership to anyone looking for a fun and pain fee experience. More
Was looking to purchase a new Toyota, and tried to make a deal with 5 different dealerships without any luck. Contacted Adrian at Gresham Toyota, and he was straight forward, got me the best deal he could ge deal with 5 different dealerships without any luck. Within days, got me the exact vehicle I wanted, at the price promised, and deal was done. I have a very hectic life. On top of being very busy, I needed to purchase a car in April 2013 so I asked my Mom to help me select some local dealerships. My goal was to find a good fit between myself and needed to purchase a car in April 2013 so I asked my Mom to help me select some local dealerships. My goal was to find a good fit between myself and a dealership. Mom contacted many places and asked some preliminary questions for me. They treated her with the respect she deserves. Sadly, it was a completely different experience for me at many of these places once I started contacting the dealerships myself. Gresham Toyota is a long-time car dealership in my community. Since I was a young girl, I have heard many good things about it, but have never been able to check it out for myself until now. My sales consultant was Adrian Blair. He knew that I was extremely apprehensive about the entire car buying process and that I did not have time to play games nor did I want to. My goals were: 1) research my options to the best of my ability so I could make an informed buying decision, 2) trust Adrian to help me like he said he would, and 3) find a car that met all of my needs and that I would enjoy owning and driving. I can honestly say that I found a GREAT dealership in Gresham Toyota and a FANTASTIC salesman in Adrian Blair. Adrian is truly one of a kind. He does not pressure his customers. He does not employ sleazy sales tactics. He is friendly, honest, patient, knowledgeable, flexible, and funny. He delivered excellent customer service. Adrian really enjoys his career as a car salesman and is very good at it, but more than that he truly cares about people as people, not just as customers. From the moment I met him, he listened to me, answered tons of questions, and worked diligently to help me buy a car. I enjoyed his straight-forward manner and easy going personality. Special thanks to Ken Aiken (Sales) for talking with my Mom initially and showing her respect. That means alot to me. If Ken hadn’t treated my Mom with respect, I wouldn’t have contacted Gresham Toyota. I ended up working with Adrian Blair, but I would recommend Ken to anyone. Special thanks to Travis Dusenberry (Finance) who spent time with me during one of my visits answering questions about the finance piece of car buying and what options Gresham Toyota and Toyota Motor Corp can offer customers. I appreciated the information he gave me and his time. Special thanks to Ted Rippee (Finance) for making the finance piece go smoothly for me. Ted explained everything, was thorough, professional, and friendly. And very special thanks goes to Adrian Blair (Sales) who was extremely helpful and made the car buying experience positive for me. The process was smooth from the time I walked into the dealership until the time I drove off the lot in my brand new 2013 Toyota Corolla LE. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. This was my first time personally buying a vehicle from a dealership, and Cameron went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I went to the dealership with some family members and had n dealership, and Cameron went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I went to the dealership with some family members and had no intention of purchasing a car of my own, until the last minute when I decided to buy the mazda that my mom was trading in. Cameron was very patient with us and kept us entertained while we waited. Cameron and Ted both ended up staying late to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

My mechanic is who recommended this dealership because they have bought their last five cars from Travis D - and I'm glad I followed their advice. The overall experience was great and as a woman I would and will recommend this location and dealership to others. Cameron K was very open to listen to what I did and didn't want in a car, he even came with notes from my initial phone conversation with another sales person. I didn't feel pushed or pressured to upgrade, shop outside of my price range or test drive cars I wasn't interested in. In the end Ted R and the finance team did what they could do find a price, down payment and monthly payments that we could all agree on - including taking in my trade in and having the car checked out by my own mechanic. Again, I would and will recommend this place to family and friends. More
Decided to sell My 2008 Tacoma with 150K and move to a more fuel efficient machine. I had selected the 2012 Camry from the beginning. Went online and started with the Toyota dealer in Vancouver just off of SR 500. Left my name and number for the sales manager to call me as I did not want to deal with anyone else. He never called back. Next day I saw the car I was interested in at Tonkin and at Gresham. Both cars were identical with yours having 5200 miles compared to 16,000 at Tonkin. I have to admit that Tonkin was really putting the pressure on as far as pricing, but in the end, Mark came through with the same dollars and sold me the car. My hat is off to him as I am in sales too, so he had his hands full and came through. I just wish he would have installed the sun roof that I offered him $1000 to do it. Now, I have to take the car to Beaverton to have it done for $900! Oh well, I got 99% of what I wanted in a car purchase from a great dealership. You don't get me into one of these business's very often. I'm 61 and have never bought from any dealership, so congrat, and thank you Mark and Travis! Joe Grycko More
