We had our chance to have a look around and choose the car we wanted. We chose a 2016 Toyota Tacoma - OFF ROAD. Paul took us out on a test drive, explained all of the accessories and payment options, and sent us to Brian who finalized our purchase and paperwork. As we were finalizing the paperwork, Paul made an incentive to figure out everything he could about our new Tacoma. He later explained all the ins and outs of the truck, made sure we had no further questions and sent sent us home feeling confident and very happy about our new Toyota Tacoma! BUYER BE WARE!!! BUYER BE WARE! Purchased a brand new 2016 Camry from these guys and everything was great until my NEW car had an issue, then the sales guy would not BUYER BE WARE! Purchased a brand new 2016 Camry from these guys and everything was great until my NEW car had an issue, then the sales guy would not return my calls and when I showed up to the dealer I had to wait over an hour just to talk to a manager. The sales manager, Bill James, took my name and number, then assured me he would get back to me. It has been 3 days and I still haven't heard from them, even after leaving several messages. Be very careful purchasing anything from these guys! If you have an issue, they are not interested in being there after the sale. I can't imagine purchasing a used car from them. More

Great Experience We went to Gresham Toyota on a Sunday afternoon just to "check it out." We wanted to move to a more fuel efficient car, and we thought the Prius C wo We went to Gresham Toyota on a Sunday afternoon just to "check it out." We wanted to move to a more fuel efficient car, and we thought the Prius C would work for us. Kay took us on a test drive and answered our many questions. Adrian helped us work out a lease deal which included trading in two gas guzzlers. David walked us through the paperwork. Every person we dealt with was cheerful, helpful and made our afternoon not just productive, but pleasant!
