This was my first time personally buying a vehicle from a dealership, and Cameron went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I went to the dealership with some family members and had n dealership, and Cameron went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I went to the dealership with some family members and had no intention of purchasing a car of my own, until the last minute when I decided to buy the mazda that my mom was trading in. Cameron was very patient with us and kept us entertained while we waited. Cameron and Ted both ended up staying late to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

My mechanic is who recommended this dealership because they have bought their last five cars from Travis D - and I'm glad I followed their advice. Cameron K was very open to listen to what I did and didn't want in a car, he even came with notes from my initial phone conversation with another sales person. I didn't feel pushed or pressured to upgrade, shop outside of my price range or test drive cars I wasn't interested in. In the end Ted R and the finance team did what they could do find a price, down payment and monthly payments that we could all agree on - including taking in my trade in and having the car checked out by my own mechanic. Again, I would and will recommend this place to family and friends. More
Decided to sell My 2008 Tacoma with 150K and move to a more fuel efficient machine. I had selected the 2012 Camry from the beginning. Went online and started with the Toyota dealer in Vancouver just off of SR 500. Left my name and number for the sales manager to call me as I did not want to deal with anyone else. He never called back. Next day I saw the car I was interested in at Tonkin and at Gresham. Both cars were identical with yours having 5200 miles compared to 16,000 at Tonkin. I have to admit that Tonkin was really putting the pressure on as far as pricing, but in the end, Mark came through with the same dollars and sold me the car. My hat is off to him as I am in sales too, so he had his hands full and came through. I just wish he would have installed the sun roof that I offered him $1000 to do it. Now, I have to take the car to Beaverton to have it done for $900! Oh well, I got 99% of what I wanted in a car purchase from a great dealership. You don't get me into one of these business's very often. I'm 61 and have never bought from any dealership, so congrat, and thank you Mark and Travis! Joe Grycko More
I was looking for a mid size SUV, before going to Gresham Toyota I thought I had already made up my mind on another vehicle, but was truly impressed with the quality of the 4 Runner. However the way I was treated by Jim Lane and the other staff is what sealed the deal. There was very little pressure and I was givin time to think about the purchace overnight. When I returned to the dealership the same deal was on the table. Jim was very courtous and did everything possible to get me what I wanted. He made me feel like a valued customer. Shortly after my purchace I had the heated seats installed, they work great. The parts and service department took very good care of me and a rental car was provided without any additional cost to me. I am very happy with my purchace and with the experience. More

This buying experience was wonderful. I was very anxious as I have been a Honda owner for many years and had a good relationship with a local Honda dealer. I went to three other dealerships (Toyota and one as I have been a Honda owner for many years and had a good relationship with a local Honda dealer. I went to three other dealerships (Toyota and one Acura with a used Prius V ) Adrian was wonderful, when I arrived he had the used Prius V out in front ready for me to look at. The car was very nice but not quite what I wanted. He readily had a new 2012, only V left on the lot. It was a sell. They did not jerk me around, I told them what I had to spend including my trade in (I had done tons of research) and they accepted that. Deal done--painless. Travis also helped me with the paperwork, explaining options in a very educated manner but not pressure to buy. I just dread buying cars and almost went to Honda due to trust, even though they didn't have a Hybrid with cargo space which I need. I feel so safe and happy with my new Prius V (ee) More
The story begins with me going into Beaverton Toyota to lease a brand new 2013 Scion XB. I was 100% sold on the car after I left their dealership on Sunday. I made an appointment to come back and purchase lease a brand new 2013 Scion XB. I was 100% sold on the car after I left their dealership on Sunday. I made an appointment to come back and purchase the vehicle on Monday. There was no more selling that they could do to seal the deal. The problem was that they simply could not find the car in the color that I wanted. I even told them that I would go against my original color choice if it meant that I could get the car that day. They had me sitting in their lobby for 6 hours on Monday giving me false hope the whole entire time that I would be driving off their lot that day. After about 5 1/2 hours I decided to call myself around to local dealerships to see if I could actually get the one that I wanted. I found the phone number for this dealership online and gave them a call while sitting in Beaverton's lobby. This is when I reached Adrian. I told him my situation and he jumped on the opportunity to produce the product that I wanted. He found the exact car that I wanted in the right color and had it all set up to be sent from WA for me. He produced all of this before Beaverton could even give me an answer about anything. I stormed out of Beaverton with no car on Monday. Adrian had the car drove down to Gresham for me first thing on Tuesday. He even stayed at the dealership with his young daughter until 10:15pm to see the deal through. I could not have been more irritated and over the car buying process when I arrived at Gresham Toyota/Scion but Adrian restored that for me and I am now an extremely excited and proud owner of my 2012 Scion XB. It's beautiful and you have a 100% guarantee that this dealership and Adrian will be receiving my business and the business of anyone in my life who knows how to take some good advice from me. More
Lonnie was great! He gave us time and space to look around, and then was helpful and friendly when we were ready to ask questions. He never made us feel pressured. I feel back that it took me so long to get around to writing this review! We bought our new Toyota Corolla in June, and I meant to post this right away, but time got away from me. My husband and I both enjoyed working with Lonnie and also the finance person, Ted. We met the people in the service department, and everyone was very friendly. We have already had our first tune up and everyone was very nice then too. I honestly have no complaints at all! More
