In the beginning (when I first bought my car from them) I was very satisfied. [Salesman's name removed at the request of the dealership] was very informative and above all very patient with me since I origin was very satisfied. [Salesman's name removed at the request of the dealership] was very informative and above all very patient with me since I originally looked at an Avalon Hybrid but was interested in what may be new with the Prius lineup. He showed my A Prius Plug-In which I immediately liked, so I bought it. The sale went well and I eventually got the trade-in value that I stood firm on, though I did have to haggle and send their offer back three times when they originally were offering thousands below Kelly Blue Book, which at first I did find rather insulting. But business is business in the world of car sales. Since then I have had to have the windshield replaced twice due to a defect which distorts vision at night (lights appear to have ghost images.) The two replacements were done promptly, and a loaner car was provided. But not only were the new windshields not any better, they were worse. The last communication I had with the service department was that they had to see what Toyota (corporate, I assume) wants to do next. That was 17 days ago. Three phone calls to them have gone unreturned. Even if they have no new information for me, it's highly unprofessional to not return phone calls. As we go into Fall, nights are getting longer and it's going to get to the point to where it won't be safe for me to drive it much. This is intensely frustrating because the rest of the car is perfect! But if the windshield creates a safety hazard, the rest of the car becomes useless. I also own a 2008 Toyota Sienna and I drive various Ford and Chevy SUVs at work - none of them have this windshield distortion. As if that isn't enough, I canceled an extended warranty I purchased by mistake within the refund period (I thought it was an service contract, so I goofed). I sent the cancellation request to Zurich (extended warranty company) via certified mail, and received a timely acknowledgement advising me it had been canceled at that Gresham Toyota-Scion would refund the cost, or in this case credit my account with the finance company. As of September 11, 2013 my account had still not been credited. The finance manager told me via email that he had never received word from Zurich and that I had to handle it, even though I had physically brought in a copy of Zurich's letter and I watched him photocopy it. A Zurich representative stated to me by phone that Gresham was notified by them on June 28, 2013. They contacted the finance manager while I waited on hold, and that seemed to light the proverbial "fire under their you-know-what" to get the refund process kicked into motion. We'll see how long it takes now. So between being put off by the service department for almost three weeks so far, and feeling as if I've been lied to by the finance department, you draw your own conclusion as to whether I would recommend this business or not. ("Fool me once shame of you,...") UPDATE: After 17 days of zero communication, I'm being told that their phone system was down for a few days. It took an email to a different department to find this out? UPDATE: Per recommendation in Toyota Owner's Manual, I called the dealer manager regarding the problems I've been experiencing. I left voicemail September 13. To date (9/24), my call has not been returned. I've given up and have hired a Lemon Law attorney. The Zurich refund finally came through in two installments (nearly three months after the cancellation request.) Although my review was complimentary toward the original salesman I dealt with, dealership personnel have politely asked me in an email to remove his name from the review. I have complied with that request. More
I bought my tundra there a few years ago and came in to trade it in and upgrade to another Tundra only to be BLOWN off and suckered in to coming in knowing what I was looking ahead of time and be lead to b trade it in and upgrade to another Tundra only to be BLOWN off and suckered in to coming in knowing what I was looking ahead of time and be lead to believe what I was looking for was going to happen! When I arrived I was there a short amount of time and told it didnt matter if I was a returning customer. I walked and later attemped to contact the Sales Manager a couple times leaving messages and never did get a return phone call. I wont be coming back there. Very disapointing and bad business. I would like to mention I did purchase my Tundra from another dealership and terms were reasonable and what I was looking for they were commited to me leaving happy which is more then I can say for Gresham Toyota More
Their salesman is a BIG jerk and a fat LIAR. And their services are not that great, we had to wait a fairly long time to get through their financing service. We went there with the intent to purchase a services are not that great, we had to wait a fairly long time to get through their financing service. We went there with the intent to purchase a Prius. We agreed with the salesman that we would purchase the car for X amount plus carpets. After we have signed the papers, we noticed that the car did not have the carpets like we requested. This wouldn't have been a big deal if they told us upfront and BEFORE pulling our credit scores and signing the papers. This was very UNACCEPTABLE, and many of you would be pretty upset. This was incredibly frustrating because we had a 2 year old and a 6 month old with us. By the end of the night they were tired and hungry. I feel like they intentionally made us wait since we had 2 kids and thought that we would just take the car anyway. We got to the dealer around 5p.m. and ended up with no car at 10:30p.m. I felt bad for my 6 month old son, he just cried and cried on his way home and many of you parents know how stressful this is. Not only they have wasted our time and flat out LIED to our face but putting my kids through this was uncalled for. I can't believe these people were purely dishonest and deceitful. Please don't waste you time and energy on Gresham Toyota. They are NOT trustworthy and overall big jerks. More
Watch out for Gresham Toyota, their lack of integrity is costing me almost $3000. I was told one thing and the final contract says something else. After I reviewed the contract they said they had to print costing me almost $3000. I was told one thing and the final contract says something else. After I reviewed the contract they said they had to print it again and discharge the first one because they forgot to add the financial institution name; but that wasn't all they added. Too bad for me for not going over the contract the second time, and shame on them for taking advantage of people like that. More

It was a pleasure working with Andric. When we first started looking at the Prius C he took his time getting to know what was important to us and didn't try to sell us a car that wasn't what we needed. started looking at the Prius C he took his time getting to know what was important to us and didn't try to sell us a car that wasn't what we needed. He answered all of our questions and even got us the chance to do an extended test drive on the Prius and the Prius C to see which we preferred. I had done some price shopping and got a really good price, but at a dealer that was pretty far away. I sent the quote to Andric, he showed it to the boss and got the price approved! That was the end of the haggling. He gave me the price in writing and no one tried to negotiate it any further. I literally went in, Andric went over some features and things I needed to know, I spoke to financing, signed papers, Andris filled my tank, synced my phone, programmed in some stuff for me and showed me how to do it and we were on our way. Much too easy! I would definitely recommend this salesman and this dealership to anyone looking for a fun and pain fee experience. More

I have a very hectic life. On top of being very busy, I needed to purchase a car in April 2013 so I asked my Mom to help me select some local dealerships. My goal was to find a good fit between myself and needed to purchase a car in April 2013 so I asked my Mom to help me select some local dealerships. My goal was to find a good fit between myself and a dealership. Mom contacted many places and asked some preliminary questions for me. They treated her with the respect she deserves. Sadly, it was a completely different experience for me at many of these places once I started contacting the dealerships myself. Gresham Toyota is a long-time car dealership in my community. Since I was a young girl, I have heard many good things about it, but have never been able to check it out for myself until now. My sales consultant was Adrian Blair. He knew that I was extremely apprehensive about the entire car buying process and that I did not have time to play games nor did I want to. My goals were: 1) research my options to the best of my ability so I could make an informed buying decision, 2) trust Adrian to help me like he said he would, and 3) find a car that met all of my needs and that I would enjoy owning and driving. I can honestly say that I found a GREAT dealership in Gresham Toyota and a FANTASTIC salesman in Adrian Blair. Adrian is truly one of a kind. He does not pressure his customers. He does not employ sleazy sales tactics. He is friendly, honest, patient, knowledgeable, flexible, and funny. He delivered excellent customer service. Adrian really enjoys his career as a car salesman and is very good at it, but more than that he truly cares about people as people, not just as customers. From the moment I met him, he listened to me, answered tons of questions, and worked diligently to help me buy a car. I enjoyed his straight-forward manner and easy going personality. Special thanks to Ken Aiken (Sales) for talking with my Mom initially and showing her respect. That means alot to me. If Ken hadn’t treated my Mom with respect, I wouldn’t have contacted Gresham Toyota. I ended up working with Adrian Blair, but I would recommend Ken to anyone. Special thanks to Travis Dusenberry (Finance) who spent time with me during one of my visits answering questions about the finance piece of car buying and what options Gresham Toyota and Toyota Motor Corp can offer customers. I appreciated the information he gave me and his time. Special thanks to Ted Rippee (Finance) for making the finance piece go smoothly for me. Ted explained everything, was thorough, professional, and friendly. And very special thanks goes to Adrian Blair (Sales) who was extremely helpful and made the car buying experience positive for me. The process was smooth from the time I walked into the dealership until the time I drove off the lot in my brand new 2013 Toyota Corolla LE. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. Adrian, you were right. You made my car buying experience better than I ever imagined it would be. Thank you! More
