We wanted to move to a more fuel efficient car, and we thought the Prius C would work for us. Kay took us on a test drive and answered our many questions. Adrian helped us work out a lease deal which included trading in two gas guzzlers. David walked us through the paperwork. Every person we dealt with was cheerful, helpful and made our afternoon not just productive, but pleasant! We LOVE our new "electric lime" Prius C, and we have been raving about the service at Gresham Toyota to all our friends. Thanks of everyone who made our experience great. More

disappointment over and over Bought my 2014 TC Scion from Broadway Toyota but I live in Gresham. I have had the car in 3 times at the Gresham location and all 3 times I am extreme Bought my 2014 TC Scion from Broadway Toyota but I live in Gresham. I have had the car in 3 times at the Gresham location and all 3 times I am extremely disappointed. Two weeks out on scheduling simple maintenance appointments, took car in because of sound in front tire and they that they ignored and tried to sell me a tire (Broadway discovered the bearing was bad). I said fine order this $550 tire which was told would be in 5 days later. Never heard from them. Also I needed an alignment and was quoted $129 yet Broadway was only $89. Gresham service guy was all wishy washy when I point that out. Their new building and process for service center is unfriendly and feels like a cattle call. Be careful pulling I to their building (they tell you to which I think would be a liability) watch out for the poles because you could accede null open your door on one. They're not protected. All in all, reminded again why I love Broadway Toyota. Staff and service there is excellent. I will make every effort to go out of my way and go there instead period. More

What free oil change?? Bought a Prius August 2014. Went to dealer for oil change and factory-free 5000 mile service Feb. 2015. I'm supposed to get free oil changes every Bought a Prius August 2014. Went to dealer for oil change and factory-free 5000 mile service Feb. 2015. I'm supposed to get free oil changes every 5000 miles for two years. Car went into service department. Paperwork at that time said oil change was done. John the manager (grey hair) said that the oil change was NOT done but that when I brought the car back in 6 months, THEN the oil change would be done. So, I bring the car back in 6 months (July 2015). The guy in the service department tells me that the car is due for 15,000 mile service even though it only has 14,000 miles on it. I say, I want an oil change done because John the manager last February says the oil change wasn't done. This guy says, the oil change was done. And we have an argument. Finally, I said fine, it's been 5000 miles, I want the next free oil change done. He says, well, when you bring the car back for the 20,000 mile service THEN we will do the oil change. What is this ... ? Can't / won't do a 5000 mile oil change even though they are free for 2 years??? Double talk, mumble jumbo, confusion. What do they do for service anyway? Check the tire pressure and put a bottle of water in the car. I wanted an OIL CHANGE, dudes. What's up? Unbelievable. Never going back there. Jiffy Lube is calling to me.... More

He wasn't pushy but was able to get us a fantastic deal. The finance director was also very helpful and was willing to negotiate on terms, very reasonable and helpful. Overall, we rank the experience 5 Stars and highly recommend going through Vlad. More
