Unprofessional I came in for a simple oil change on 1-30-19. Pulled in to services and was not greeted, waited outside my car and after a few minutes was noticed got I came in for a simple oil change on 1-30-19. Pulled in to services and was not greeted, waited outside my car and after a few minutes was noticed got check in, waited just under an hour and a half for it to be done. Went to pay the normal $40 with a coupon but was told prices are now $70. Would have appreciated being told this before my car was serviced, other wise I would have gone somewhere else. When I got in my car I noticed that my Parrot Bluetooth speaker was dangling and obviously broken. Went back inside after being here now going on two hours for a simple oil change. I explained what was broken and that I felt they should have been honest instead of trying to get away with it. They couldn’t find a replacement part for it given it’s older so now I have to go back in and have them “makeshift” something together. Overall I’m just disappointed in their dishonesty. The customer service people I specially worked with were nice and understanding. More

Only buy what they specialize in I’m sure if you buy a Toyota from Gresham Toyota, they’re probably the best dealer in town, but unfortunately I did not. I bought a used Dodge Journey I’m sure if you buy a Toyota from Gresham Toyota, they’re probably the best dealer in town, but unfortunately I did not. I bought a used Dodge Journey back in July from them and it has been the worst car I’ve ever had. And the few times I’ve taken it into them, they can’t help me because it’s not a Toyota so their service staff doesn’t know how to work on or to figure out what’s wrong with my car. I practically cry every day wishing I had not made the choice to buy the car from them, but oh well. My lesson? 1, don’t buy a Dodge. And 2, only buy what that dealership specializes in or you’ll end up screwed. More

Maintenance Service They do not do anything during the maintenance service. I took my car for the maintenance service and no oil change was done. Very bad to buy or lease a car, I went there because for many years I have bought and lease cars There, However my last visit was very Bad, after spending 2 hours+ to make a deal on I went there because for many years I have bought and lease cars There, However my last visit was very Bad, after spending 2 hours+ to make a deal on a new lease, the finece person I was working with told me that the lease I was returning that I had to pay for minor damages and I told him that I bought insurance for that when new, now if he look up the old lease he should have seen that, So when we came to a final deal I didnt like it and He said per word " If you dont like it that take your Paper work and go some where else" So we did, and got a way better deal a Ron Tokin Toyota, I have spent many years at Gresham Toyota and thought it ment something to them, but I was wrong, I have a New dealiship that is Ron Tokin Toyota Because they do care about the customer wants.
