Telephone system is unacceptable Having an emergency, I called for the service advisor. I was given a recording to leave a message. I was never put in touch with a service advisor and had to go through a sales person to get help. I have been going to Gresham Toyota for 10years with my vehicle and the service has always been excellent. This is all about customer service and the telephone system you use. More

Got my 4runner! I stopped by the dealership just to test drive the 2015 4runner, Vlad olenin was really great at helping me out, knew a lot about the suspensions and specs of the 4 runner which I greatly appreciated it. I specifically told him what I hated in suvs and what I liked. Without bias, he was able to satisfy my urge for a funner, more truck like vehicle for my family. Vlad also then helped crunch some numbers too and did a great job explaining how things worked!!!!! I was able to trade in my pilot with a good price and was out on a 4runner!!!!!!! Thanks vlad!!!! changing oil 4 days ago Took my car for oil change ,after one hour the employee told me oil was changed, .tires rotated and my car needed new tires and alignment . Specified Took my car for oil change ,after one hour the employee told me oil was changed, .tires rotated and my car needed new tires and alignment . Specified alignment was done 2 months ago ,employee said he actually did not checked alignment but when the tires are changed alignment have to be done .What make me to wonder is they did not even rotate my car's tires-this happened before. I signed the tires with chalk to make sure I can trust them, nothing happened, the tires was not even rotated after 10000 miles. How I can trust them anymore?This way I'm not even sure if the oil was changed.I'm was speechless when I looked at my car tires,did not even said anything,just drove at Less Shwabs and rotate the tires ,also finding the truth-I can drove another 10000 miles with my car's tires...soooooo disappointed,just 4 days ago... Swagger Wagon I was looking to trade in my 2011 Sienna and upgrade to the newest version of the swagger wagon. I found a Sienna SE that I fell in love with. Her main goal seemed to be to make it a positive experience for me, and she was there to help.There was never any high pressure or pushiness, like we sometimes hear about or experience with car sales. She guided me through the whole process, making everything as easy as it could have been. And David in the finance department gave me all the details I needed and walked me through the paperwork, taking my questions with patience. The whole process took several hours, but I left the dealership more than satisfied with my purchase, because I got exactly the car I had in mind. More
