Oil leak on my driveway immediately after 40 K service. Toyota Gresham’s service is fine, but I live 20 miles east off Hwy 26 and had to drive 40 miles round trip to have them take care of an oil leak Toyota Gresham’s service is fine, but I live 20 miles east off Hwy 26 and had to drive 40 miles round trip to have them take care of an oil leak a few days after they had serviced my car at 40 K. The service tech hadn’t tightened the oil plug tight enough. They apologized for their error but an extra car wash or discount coupon for future service would have been a nice consolation. It took an extra 2 hours out of the end of my day and I’ve got to clean oil of my normally clean concrete driveway. More

Customer service has gone way downhill I have bought 2 new vehicles from this dealership over the past 8 years. I think with 3 owners over the course of time the service has gone downhill. They don’t any longer give great customer service, I feel like a number now. I am about to buy again I will be looking elsewhere. The parts department is very good. There is a couple of people in the shop are good if you can get lucky enough to get one of them. More

Arrived at the service center and was notified the part they replaced was broken and they would have to order a new one and they would get me in as soon as it came in. Called the following week to find out the status of the part being ordered. Was put on hold and then told they would call me back. Well, I never received that call. I left several messages and e-mails but have never received one call explaining what happened. Terrible customer service. Perhaps other customers will not have to go through what I experienced. More

My second rig is a new RAV 4 because I wanted to have the auto service location for my new vehicle close and within my neighborhood, so I opted to purchase from Gresham Toyota. Big mistake. The price negotiated was reasonable, but almost immediately after I signed the paperwork, my relationship went from we want your business...and want to be your business partner to... customer who? I needed a couple follow up service processes completed and was told when I signed that those would be scheduled. Never heard from anyone. four calls later initiated by me I had the service scheduled. I had a meeting scheduled to learn how to operate and set-up the technology on the vehicle. I showed up on time for the appointment--took time off for work--the sales person never showed. Didn't call ahead...no request to reschedule. Nothing. In frustration I reached out to the GM Bill James. Too busy to talk to a customer. Toyota Motor company as a whole has an embedded culture that always puts the customer first. I wonder how toyota would feel about this. More
