I've never encountered such a horribly horrific experience then I did with GRESHAM Toyota. I 100percent got took advantage of being a woman going in and got charged max on everything I purchased a experience then I did with GRESHAM Toyota. I 100percent got took advantage of being a woman going in and got charged max on everything I purchased and on the add on to the over priced Tacoma I got. I was also told I had to get an extra security guard for the vehicle without the option. Later looking over paper work it was a add on. Something I didn't have to get when they told me I did. I was pushed into something I wasn't fully sure about . And the next day when I wanted out of it all no one would help me. After they made their money I was treated so poorly and disrespected with horrible customer service. I HIGHLY recommend to not use Gresham toyota. Definitely go with Gladstone. The guys at Gladstone also told me I could have gotten out of this vehicle in 3 day after the sale but Gresham told me once the ink was dry I was out of luck. No one willing to help me was extremely disappointing and disrespectful. Iam at aloss for words with this whole situation. And put in a extremely bad position financially. More

Terrible Leased a new rav4 limited had problems with the stereo took it back , the sales people and service associates said their was a problems with the stere Leased a new rav4 limited had problems with the stereo took it back , the sales people and service associates said their was a problems with the stereo gave us a loaner until it could be worked on Monday . Tuesday my wife is told she just has weak speakers! Talked to the service manager he said they listened to another rav4 and it sounded just as bad as ours their for Toyota jbl parts are garbage so any parts I put on will sound just as bad so it is not a warintable issue. Talked to store manager he said he would take care of us after 3weeks nothing repaired. Service manager said " I told you we would not fix it and if you don't bring the RENTAL back tonight I will call the police and tell them it is stolen" after reminding him that the store manager said he would fix it, later he said the charges were approved by the store manager.if you have any problems they will do anything to not fix it. Not to be trusted and will treat you badly, I would never recommend this dealership. More
