After the purchase nightmare. Been trying to get ahold from someone in financing for over 2 weeks, I’ve called about 13-14 times, left 4 different people voicemails at this point. Been trying to get ahold from someone in financing for over 2 weeks, I’ve called about 13-14 times, left 4 different people voicemails at this point. Even the managers can’t return a voicemail. The receptionist has tried to help by messaging their computers as well to contact me. Nobody has returned a call, voicemail, nothing. You would think that when you spend over 50k somewhere they could at least answer a phone or call someone back in a timely manner. Buying the vehicle was easy and smooth getting anything handled after that is an utter nightmare. More

Oil change and tire rotation Not my best experience at Gresham Toyota. I’ve purchased and have had cars serviced at Gtoy for over 20 years. I’ve noticed over the past few visits y Not my best experience at Gresham Toyota. I’ve purchased and have had cars serviced at Gtoy for over 20 years. I’ve noticed over the past few visits your service department slipping. Brought my 2015 Lexus in for a scheduled oil change. I use Gresham Toyota because of it close proximity since there is no Lexus dealership on the east side of Portland. Oil change and tire rotation was performed as requested with no issues. What I do have issues with is the condition my car was returned in. Grease, oil and dirt on the drivers side door panel. Temporary floor mat left in place, glove box rummaged through looking for wheel lock. Wheel lock returned to spare tire area and not secured so made noise as it rolled around. In the old days as a courtesy my car would be vacuumed whan brought in for service. Yes you did give me a coupon for a car wash but I would have traded that for not having to wipe fingerprints off the leather and vacuum. More

I would have given five stars except for when I was driving home one of my check tire lights came on and that didn't make sense to me because I just had them rotate my tires so I don't know what's up with that. I have not had any issues with any lights coming on the entire time I've driven it for 50,000 miles. More
