Customer service has gone way downhill I have bought 2 new vehicles from this dealership over the past 8 years. I think with 3 owners over the course of time the service has gone downhill. I have bought 2 new vehicles from this dealership over the past 8 years. I think with 3 owners over the course of time the service has gone downhill. They don’t any longer give great customer service, I feel like a number now. I am about to buy again I will be looking elsewhere. The parts department is very good. There is a couple of people in the shop are good if you can get lucky enough to get one of them. More
Terrible Customer Service Took my new truck in to the dealership because it was having issues. Was called later in the day and told I can come and pick it and it had been repai Took my new truck in to the dealership because it was having issues. Was called later in the day and told I can come and pick it and it had been repaired. Arrived at the service center and was notified the part they replaced was broken and they would have to order a new one and they would get me in as soon as it came in. Called the following week to find out the status of the part being ordered. Was put on hold and then told they would call me back. Well, I never received that call. I left several messages and e-mails but have never received one call explaining what happened. Terrible customer service. Perhaps other customers will not have to go through what I experienced. More
Customer who? I bought my second vehicle from Gresham Toyota with caution. I had a not so great first experience with a past purchased. My second rig is a new RAV I bought my second vehicle from Gresham Toyota with caution. I had a not so great first experience with a past purchased. My second rig is a new RAV 4 because I wanted to have the auto service location for my new vehicle close and within my neighborhood, so I opted to purchase from Gresham Toyota. Big mistake. The price negotiated was reasonable, but almost immediately after I signed the paperwork, my relationship went from we want your business...and want to be your business partner to... customer who? I needed a couple follow up service processes completed and was told when I signed that those would be scheduled. Never heard from anyone. four calls later initiated by me I had the service scheduled. I had a meeting scheduled to learn how to operate and set-up the technology on the vehicle. I showed up on time for the appointment--took time off for work--the sales person never showed. Didn't call ahead...no request to reschedule. Nothing. In frustration I reached out to the GM Bill James. Too busy to talk to a customer. Toyota Motor company as a whole has an embedded culture that always puts the customer first. I wonder how toyota would feel about this. More

Unprofessional I came in for a simple oil change on 1-30-19. Pulled in to services and was not greeted, waited outside my car and after a few minutes was noticed got I came in for a simple oil change on 1-30-19. Pulled in to services and was not greeted, waited outside my car and after a few minutes was noticed got check in, waited just under an hour and a half for it to be done. Went to pay the normal $40 with a coupon but was told prices are now $70. Would have appreciated being told this before my car was serviced, other wise I would have gone somewhere else. When I got in my car I noticed that my Parrot Bluetooth speaker was dangling and obviously broken. Went back inside after being here now going on two hours for a simple oil change. I explained what was broken and that I felt they should have been honest instead of trying to get away with it. They couldn’t find a replacement part for it given it’s older so now I have to go back in and have them “makeshift” something together. Overall I’m just disappointed in their dishonesty. The customer service people I specially worked with were nice and understanding. More

Only buy what they specialize in I’m sure if you buy a Toyota from Gresham Toyota, they’re probably the best dealer in town, but unfortunately I did not. I bought a used Dodge Journey I’m sure if you buy a Toyota from Gresham Toyota, they’re probably the best dealer in town, but unfortunately I did not. I bought a used Dodge Journey back in July from them and it has been the worst car I’ve ever had. And the few times I’ve taken it into them, they can’t help me because it’s not a Toyota so their service staff doesn’t know how to work on or to figure out what’s wrong with my car. I practically cry every day wishing I had not made the choice to buy the car from them, but oh well. My lesson? 1, don’t buy a Dodge. And 2, only buy what that dealership specializes in or you’ll end up screwed. More
