All the car shopping sites say that this dealership does home delivery. Apparently they do not. And told me that they have no control over what the websites say. When you see the final price its more then what is advertised on the internet, read the contract carefully. The sales manager came over and he wrote down what credit union I wanted my the loan through. He came back and showed me the interest rate and my monthly payments. At signing I noticed the interest rate and the monthly payment were higher. At that time the finance person stated that Chase had agreed to match my interest rate. I told him, I did not agree to this and to change it back to my credit union. Guess what, my interest rate went down and my payment lower. Is this the practice that this company uses to take advantage of a women. The unprofessionalism and shadiness is in full force at this dealer. Another issue, It was after dark when they completed their final cleaning of the Sorento and I assumed it would be the same as I parked it but without all the window stickers. The next day when I went to transfer my belongings into the new SUV I noticed three large scratches on the driver door and the back seat has dirt all over them from someone with shoes stepping on them. None of these items were there when I parked the car after the test drive. Triple check the car before you sign the contract. One of the key fobs was not working and Nate the salesmen stated it was probably just the battery, after being at the dealer for a few hours he handed me the keys. I asked if he got the other fob to work? He stated the parts department had closed and he couldn’t get a battery. I asked what if it doesn’t work after I put in a new battery. He stated” if it doesn’t work we’ll deal with it then”. I called him and stated I installed a new battery and it didn’t work, his fix was go to a Kia dealer. They lost a customer for life and anyone I’m associated with never buy from this dealership. I did call and leave a message with the GM,\ before leaving this review and haven't heard back. More

I drove two hours to get to Gresham, I was around the corner from the dealership when Luis text me to tell me the car had just been sold but to go ahead and come in and he would find me a car? So disrespectful of my time! I was looking for a Honda Pilot, I didn’t want another type of car. Won’t go there again. More
They provided good service and sales, but had the typical "add-ons" that no one would buy in their right mind. October 30th, 2021, I come in with my ex wife to sign off on a vehicle which I thought this was the last thing I had to do. I get a call from my community credit union on November 15th stating that they stil on a vehicle which I thought this was the last thing I had to do. I get a call from my community credit union on November 15th stating that they still have not received a payoff check so therefore if you don't pay on the vehicle it will go against your credit. I had no choice to pay on a vehicle I no longer have possession of. The finance department at Gresham Toyota is terrible. It took many calls to even get them motivated. Needles to say it took them an entire month to get my credit union a pay off check. I had no choice to report them to the better business bureau. They still haven't even responded to them. *Don't do business with them.* Still waiting for a resolution 🙄 More
Bought a “certified used” Highlander and the battery kept going dead. After numerous jump starts, I replaced the battery ($370).
