Taking your vehicle in for a 30,000 mile inspection does not mean they will include all of the inspections on the list unless you specifically ask. The technician will overlook crucial parts if you do not specifically ask for them to be inspected. Even if the type of maintenence ask for SPECIFICALLY states that these parts should be checked. Disposal fees are very pricy, including battery removal and replacement. If you want to keep your battery make SURE to ask for the battery back BEFORE they take it. They do not deduct the price of the battery from the overall price of the maintenence. The tires are not manually checked the technician will defer to the internal dash tire pressure reading which could be faulty and therefor the tires could be under pressure and overlooked leading to risk and hazard. Very disappointed with the lack of attention, care and expense when a full maintenence that cost hundreds of dollars turns out to be an oil and filter change that would cost a fraction of the price elsewhere. Will not be returning for any service to this location or any from toyota. More

This dealership did not pay my vehicle off for 30 days after trade in and over six attempts to confirm that the payoff check was sent. They simply called me and said that they accidentally didn’t send the check.. Contacted state investigator after being told I had a pre-drafted repo letter from former financial institution when they still hadn’t received their check.. fog light wasn’t plugged in… Skid plate was missing from bottom of vehicle and the rubber bed mat was taken from bed of truck when it was advertised as having one..
