Tuesday my wife is told she just has weak speakers! Talked to the service manager he said they listened to another rav4 and it sounded just as bad as ours their for Toyota jbl parts are garbage so any parts I put on will sound just as bad so it is not a warintable issue. Talked to store manager he said he would take care of us after 3weeks nothing repaired. Service manager said " I told you we would not fix it and if you don't bring the RENTAL back tonight I will call the police and tell them it is stolen" after reminding him that the store manager said he would fix it, later he said the charges were approved by the store manager.if you have any problems they will do anything to not fix it. Not to be trusted and will treat you badly, I would never recommend this dealership. More

Brian went through the various add-ons and warranties they offered during the finance portion, but wasn’t pushy about it and simply explained the benefits of each one as he offered them to me.
