The finance department was slow and tried to lock my rate higher than the CapOne rate pre-approval. Finally, they agreed to match the CapOne rate, saying oh yeah we can match it, but initially tried to charg higher than the CapOne rate pre-approval. I purchased out of state and after 3 plus weeks of no paperwork sent to our DMV, I contacted Gresham Toyota and that was another fascial as they did not send my pre-paid sales tax to my state. Georgio however the sales rep was the ONLY saving grace throughout this process. More
