If you buy a certified vehicle check your tires… they will leave the minimum tread of barely 6/32 on a Toyota Tacoma pro. DO NOT BUY wheel protection plan. It is cheaper and has better coverage to go buy new tires with the top insurance on them. Make sure that you confirm that your trade in is being paid off. This dealership did not pay my vehicle off for 30 days after trade in and over six attempts to confirm that the payoff check was sent. They simply called me and said that they accidentally didn’t send the check.. Contacted state investigator after being told I had a pre-drafted repo letter from former financial institution when they still hadn’t received their check.. fog light wasn’t plugged in… Skid plate was missing from bottom of vehicle and the rubber bed mat was taken from bed of truck when it was advertised as having one.. We drove 240 miles to buy a Highlander at Gresham Toyota in Oregon. Our friends recommended this Toyota dealership. The facility was very nice and we were so fortunate to hook up with Chris Moyer. He made the car buying experience easy and actually fun! What I liked most about Chris was his knowledge of the vehicle and could provide answers to every question. Chris did a great job showing my wife all the features the Highlander Limited had to offer. He was also very personable. He actually followed up with a phone call to make sure we made it home safely. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Chris! More

Still can't believe what I experienced today at Gresham Toyota. I had been in communication for a week with CHRIS MOYER at G.T. about a used Tundra. Told him I was from Seattle and that I would be making Toyota. I had been in communication for a week with CHRIS MOYER at G.T. about a used Tundra. Told him I was from Seattle and that I would be making the 3+ hour drive to Gresham on Friday for a test drive. He responded and said "Great! I'll put you down for 12:30 pm. Drive safe!". My girlfriend and I took the day off from work, drove down only to find that the Truck was loaned out to another customer a couple days earlier and wouldn't be back until the following Monday or Tuesday. xxx?!!!! No email, call or any communication that my trip would be a total waste and the truck was over 3 hrs away in Bend area. The only thing he could do is point the finger at a coworker for not telling him that the truck was gone after telling me he had no idea I was driving so far to look at it. What a joke of a salesman. Another salesman, Rory? was extremely apologetic, filled my gas tank for the 3+ hr drive back home. If in the market, I would avoid dealing with CHRIS MOYER at all costs. He proved to us today that he does not follow through and when there is a problem, he is quick to point the finger at anyone else. More
