Had Toyta care. Lady told me my car was ready. Then she said there was two things one yellow for air filter and one red for cabin filter. But she said she didn't kno Lady told me my car was ready. I read where I refused service, I don't know where that came from. So next morning I bought the two items at autozone. Replaced the cabin filter but the air filter looked good. Everyone was nice and courteous. More

Went in for a recall and it took a little longer then I thought. That's just what happens when the technician didn't like the parts so he got new one's and my Highlander back at 100%.
