When I purchased my vehicle here four years ago the experience was great, since then I have been returning for routine service and always had a positive experience. During my last service I was shocked experience was great, since then I have been returning for routine service and always had a positive experience. During my last service I was shocked at how much I was charged for a low mileage routine service. The dealership that I had once trusted took advantage of me by misleading me about what was needed for my vehicle. They did not explain that they would be doing over $1000 in maintenance, almost $800 of which was just labor charges for an hour of work. I will not be returning to this dealership for future service. More

Dan Kim and his service staff, especially Paul provided me with excellent service at Gresham Toyota. As I explained to them I have been trying to get my 1997 Toyota T100 truck to pass the DEQ registration me with excellent service at Gresham Toyota. As I explained to them I have been trying to get my 1997 Toyota T100 truck to pass the DEQ registration testing for several months. Attempts by other service providers, with many hours of doing drive cycle testing to clear the unready state of the vehicle EVAP system and considerable money spent, the problem was not solved. After talking to Paul at Gresham Toyota I became convinced they had the knowledge and experience to help me. My truck was in their service department for only two days.
