It was fine, I got my driver side mirror replaced. It wasn’t a big deal. I really liked Carter. Brandon had an odd snarkiness that seemed to come out on my second visit for the mirror replacement. He had told me when I made the appointment that it would take two hours and I was fine with waiting so I did not make plans for transportation but when I brought my truck in he said that it would take half the day. I dropped my truck off at the appointed 8am time and was not called about retrieval, I called Brandon at 3pm and he told me it was done, I had not received a phone call. My understanding is that half a day is 4 hours? I had to take an Uber back to get my truck because there was no transportation available and I was 1 mile beyond the 10 mile range. While checking out and paying for my bill, which was higher than my estimated cost that he had given me a few days prior, he said you can thank Kate brown for the cost. That was odd to me, I don’t know why I was pulled into his politics. I had been waiting for a check from washman to reimburse me for the cost of the damaged mirror and Brandon asked about that since I had mentioned it on my prior visit and when I said that I hadn’t received the check yet he said “that doesn’t sound promising”. The back and forth between he and I at the end of my service was not the best feeling. I loved my experience with Carter and I wish him the best on his next page in life. More

The finance department was slow and tried to lock my rate higher than the CapOne rate pre-approval. Finally, they agreed to match the CapOne rate, saying oh yeah we can match it, but initially tried to charg higher than the CapOne rate pre-approval. Finally, they agreed to match the CapOne rate, saying oh yeah we can match it, but initially tried to charge me 2 points higher. I purchased out of state and after 3 plus weeks of no paperwork sent to our DMV, I contacted Gresham Toyota and that was another fascial as they did not send my pre-paid sales tax to my state. Georgio however the sales rep was the ONLY saving grace throughout this process. More
