I was pleasantly surprised with my last interaction at the Gresham Toyota Service Department. Brandon was my go to guy that day & he took excellent care of all of my needs from start to finish. I had a situation which needed to be taken care of immediately & I simply showed up at this dealership & explained my dilemma & Brandon handled the rest. Brandon made sure that I had a courtesy ride home so that while I was waiting for the results & next steps to be taken in the repair of my car it would be in the comfort of my own home. I truly appreciated that as 6 months prior I sat in their dealership for over 5 hrs while they worked on my key fob. No one told me I would be sitting there for an extended length of time nor did they offer to give me a ride so you can understand how I was so grateful for the ride home this time. Anyway, this service experience was far superior to my previous 2 visits & for that I am extremely grateful. I was considering utilizing a different Service Department nearby for all future needs but after my last visit with Brandon looking out for both my vehicle & me, I have decided to give them yet another opportunity to Service my vehicle in the near future. If that proves that things are changing for the better within their Service Department then I will be changing my 4 star review to a 5 star review. Thank you so much Brandon for your outstanding service. I truly appreciated it:) More

Sold me a car with a very expensive service and warranty plan which the service basically expired after 5 oil changes. Not even $500 in value when I paid several thousand for the service. They fought me on plan which the service basically expired after 5 oil changes. Not even $500 in value when I paid several thousand for the service. They fought me on the most basic things after forking over all this cash, wouldn't even perform an alignment on a used car they sold me days after buying it. I sent family here to buy vehicles and we have all had very poor service experience where it feels like you want to do the most bare minimum work unless we are offering additional cash to the thousands we have already spent. Worst of all? Your service techs told me I had no recalls yet I have a failing airbag sensor and have multiple unaddressed recalls for this vehicle, frankly I think that isn't even legal for you to ignore and it's appalling treatment of a customer who gave you nearly $3000 out of pocket down payment and accepted paying for your $7000 of service and warranty work. You shouldn't have made the deal with me if it was so not worth your while. More
