I want to note that I was told 3 times by your service techs that "The Subaru dealer up the road can handle that." When asked about brake service. You inspected my brakes telling me they are totally fine (have it on paper) yet they so noticably grind that my partner pulled the vehicle off the road and called for help the other day because the sound was so worrisome. Why would you sell me service and warranty but not explicitly tell me that when that warranty time comes you'll be directing me to other shops because you either don't have the parts (from Toyotas sister company down the road, really?!) or that you don't know if it's covered under my warranty. Your techs don't even understand the warranty you offer to the point where I have to consult some high up to get basic warranty information. I have recalls that need checked and was totally written off. I will HAPPILY take my XT up the road to Subaru, especially after sitting in your empty bay for 10 minutes waiting to be greeted in my running car, and got to watch the clown show of teenagers you have throw things at each other, make fun of a customers car on the rack, and text. You guys need to get your service department on track. I had an entire family come buy cars from you folks and that mistake will not be made again.
