Seems like a lot of upselling with everything from putting overpriced lifts on vehicles to up charging for services in the service department. I recently took my 2024 Camry in and they told me this 30 putting overpriced lifts on vehicles to up charging for services in the service department. I recently took my 2024 Camry in and they told me this 30,000 mile service would be a little bit more expensive at $350 Than I got there and it was $795 which really took me by shock. I was not treated great in this process. This is the closest Toyota dealership to me by at this point it might be worth my time to buy future vehicles and have future services done somewhere else. This isn’t an isolated issue at this dealership.. More

I recently took my truck in for service, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and made sure to explain everything clearly, from the diagnostics to the estimated costs. They were incredibly transparent about the process and offered helpful suggestions without being pushy. The waiting area was comfortable, with complimentary coffee and snacks, which made the wait pleasant. My truck was serviced in a timely manner, and I was updated regularly on the progress. Once the work was completed, they took the time to walk me through what had been done, ensuring I was satisfied with the service. Overall, this was one of the best service experiences I've had. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be returning for any future service! More
