I have been bringing my 2016 RAV4 Hybrid LE to Gresham Toyota since I purchased it in 2018. I wanted a service center knowledgeable about Hybrids, and Gresham Toyota does not disappoint. Their service department is friendly and thorough, and my recent check-in with Dan was no exception. It was not an inexpensive (what dealership is?) visit, but Dan thoroughly briefed me about the repairs, and the service was completed a bit earlier than expected. I will continue benefiting from Gresham Toyota’s expertise and great customer service. More

I had a bad experience when I took my car in because the sensors were not working right and to have an oil change and tire rotation. I left the car because a master mechanic was going to work on the sensors sensors were not working right and to have an oil change and tire rotation. After the car was there all day, I was called and told that the master mechanic said the reason for the sensors not working was because I did not have that equipment on the car! What?? When I got there, they noted that I needed to replace my battery sooner than later. I talked with the advisor and said that my sensor equipment not on the car is xx, I bought this car here, all you needed to do was look up the car, I was pissed and left, drove down the street to auto part store, purchased a battery and just like that my sensors that was not in the car was working again, guess that new battery came with equipment that I didn’t have before 🤦♀️🤦♀️. Yesterday I made an appointment to get my oil changed, arrived in time, got checked in and was told that it would be done in about 2 hours. What??? I made an appointment, customers don’t make an appointment to sit for 2 hours for an oil change!! Advisor told me the appointment was for a check in time, not for the oil change!! I said I have never heard of making an appointment for a check in for oil change! Needless to say they knew I was a very unhappy customer and got the car done in an hour. Needless to say I will go else where to get my oil changes because when I make an appointment it is actually for the time for my oil change and be done within 30 minutes. More
