I was given an appointment to have my battery checked for a dead cell as it was dead after sitting for a week, my car is 2 years old. When I got there they wanted to do all the 30000 mile service and basical a dead cell as it was dead after sitting for a week, my car is 2 years old. When I got there they wanted to do all the 30000 mile service and basically blew me off about the battery. They serviced the car checked the battery which showed amps because I had been driving it since I had to jump start it but still would not listen to me about the problem. Now I get to wait until it is dead again, and who knows where that might happen, and then contact them again NOT happy More

Went to get my 4Runner serviced and it went fast but when I got home I noticed the oil plate was hanging because they forgot to screw it back together.
