I’ve went to Toyota for all the repairs on my Tundra for 13 years, I don’t let anyone else work on my truck except Toyota techs. Now Toyota has decided to start charging $204 an hour for labor. It seems to me that Toyota doesn’t want to do service work anymore. I brought my truck in on Friday for an oil change and to fix the axle that they told me on the previous visit was starting to leak, I also told them it was making a weird whining sound that just started. The techs at $204 an hour said they couldn’t find anything wrong and sent me home. They also told me they didn’t know why last time I was there I was told the axle needed repair because there was nothing wrong with it. Four days later I had to pay $175 to tow the truck back to Toyota because it wouldn’t start. Turns out the whining noise was the alternator going out.The alternator, a belt and battery cost me over $1600 (with a “discount”). I like the people I’ve worked with at Toyota over the years and I understand mistakes are made but the idea that Toyota is charging people $204 an hour for labor is insane. I’ve brought many people to Toyota to buy cars since I got my Tundra to include my oldest son, my ex-wife, my father who never liked Toyotas before I got one and is now in his third Toyota, my good friend has bought two Toyota’s now, but if Toyota isn’t going to stand by their product and are now going to charge outrages fees for labor I won’t be recommending anyone buy a Toyota in the future and I’ll be finding a new shop to take my truck too. More
From the moment I drove up, Dan was very helpful in getting me situated with my oil change. He let me know of the other items I needed taken care of. I have to schedule those out for another time and instead of Dan pressuring me into getting those items taken care of, he took care of what needed done for that appointment. He was very kind and patient with me. I was in and out of there less than an hour. The mechanic took care of the oil change and I was able to be on my merry way. I had a coupon and Dan honored it as well. On top of it all, he gave me a coupon for a car wash. I have an older car and Dan never made me feel less because of it. I received the same excellent care and service I come to rely on with Gresham Toyota. Thank you ! More
Joshua was communicative, polite, professional, and very understanding when I was upset that a $400 visit turned into a $4000 visit because of issues that were found during standard maintenance. I was very grateful for his assistance, and will be seeking him out personally the next time I go in for service at this dealership. More
My service appointment was decent, but the dealership has a salesperson that walks the service line and tries to sell you new tires as “your tread is low”. I then get my car back and suddenly all my tire tread must have grown back because there’s nothing wrong with it. I understand his need to make sales, but the company should probably have him meeting with customers after the car is serviced and the need for new tires has actually been determined. It just seems like I’m always having to watch out for getting ripped off here. More
Gresham Toyota was a breath of fresh air for us. We had our car serviced 4 times at another Toyota dealership and the problem still was not resolved. So we contacted Gresham Toyota. From the first contact their customer service was honest, informative, and professional . They had a very specific plan to fix the problem with our Highlander and gave us a realistic price to fix it. They had a computer system they could look up the work that was done on it to date and share that with their technician to move forward. Their communication was outstanding! We always knew what was going on with our car and when it would be fixed. They called us to authorize all repairs. They also gave us a loaner car until the repairs were completed. We REALLY appreciate Gresham Toyota and will be bringing both our Highlander and Prius to Gresham Toyota for all our service needs. They are a great choice for a Toyota Dealership. More

Brandon in the Service Department was great to work with. I have been happy with the Service Department but will never buy another car from this dealership.
