I had a bad experience when I took my car in because the sensors were not working right and to have an oil change and tire rotation. I left the car because a master mechanic was going to work on the sensors sensors were not working right and to have an oil change and tire rotation. After the car was there all day, I was called and told that the master mechanic said the reason for the sensors not working was because I did not have that equipment on the car! What?? When I got there, they noted that I needed to replace my battery sooner than later. I talked with the advisor and said that my sensor equipment not on the car is xx, I bought this car here, all you needed to do was look up the car, I was pissed and left, drove down the street to auto part store, purchased a battery and just like that my sensors that was not in the car was working again, guess that new battery came with equipment that I didn’t have before 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. Yesterday I made an appointment to get my oil changed, arrived in time, got checked in and was told that it would be done in about 2 hours. What??? I made an appointment, customers don’t make an appointment to sit for 2 hours for an oil change!! Advisor told me the appointment was for a check in time, not for the oil change!! I said I have never heard of making an appointment for a check in for oil change! Needless to say they knew I was a very unhappy customer and got the car done in an hour. Needless to say I will go else where to get my oil changes because when I make an appointment it is actually for the time for my oil change and be done within 30 minutes. More

This place is garbage, take your money and run. Bought what I thought was the truck of my dreams and got robbed with a lemon.
