I had a very good experience at Gresham Toyota when it came to buying a used Tundra. Larry is very good at his job and easy to work with, we never felt pressured to buy and we were allowed to take the car on test drive that included city and freeway. Jose worked with us in finishing up the paperwork and was able to get us better, much better interest rate, than what we walked in the door with. He is quick, well organized and had the paperwork done in short order. I really appreciated the phone call from Jose telling us that everything was done and the final approval on the financing was received. I had a friend buy a couple cars from Gresham (turns out Lonnie sold one of them to them) and they had a good experience so I felt comfortable with Gresham Toyota. Anyways, the experience was good, Lonnie was very pleasant and I was in and out in only a couple hours which is nice. Lonnie was very knowledgeable with the models and I hope he is around when it is time to buy my next truck. A nice touch was a follow up phone call the next day from Lonnie making sure that everything was good with the new truck and he ask if I had any questions. More

I started by telling Hector that I was looking to rebuild credit and what range I was looking in. He immediately took me to cars that were in my range rather than trying to bump me up. The first car he showed me was the one I ended up being the most interested in. I said to him that it would look great with tinted windows. The tinted windows became part of the final deal. He also got the price down a bit from what was already a good deal. I felt like he did his best to taker care of my wants and needs. Its rare you can say that about a used car saleman:) Jose was very personable. By the time I get to the paperwork, I really just want to get through it and drive my new vehicle. He was good at getting through it relatively quickly. He got right down to what I wanted as far as further coverage for my car and he got my interest rate down by almost half. These guys rock! I applied for an auto loan via their website. The next morning I got a call from Larry. We went over my info and talked about what I was interested in. He got me approved very quickly. On the day of our appt to come in, Larry got us through all the paperwork and hoops that you have to jump through quickly. The whole process took only 2 1/2 hours.
