I made an appointment for my car service I ask the rep to change the phone number they have in the system I also ask for a bus shuttle to take my daughter home she check in and was ask to wait on the lobby for the bus shuttle. 2.5 hours have pass by I was at work a look at my cell and had so many txt from my daughter that it was taking so long I ask manager if I can make a quick call to find out that at first they told me that the car was never check in.The system and that the car was not there I was going crazy then he said I am sorry the car is here we call this number to be pick up and I told him that phone number is not correct I did let the lady know to change it. My daughter at the moment has been there waiting for over 3 hours the lead manager apologized and gave my daughter a free car wash . That shouldn’t never had happened at all I request it a bus shuttle and that never happen my daughter did ask to see if she will be taking home and was told that it was not in the system.. When I spoke with the lead manager he did confirm that it was in the system.
