Their appointment scheduling service for routine maintenance is subpar with terrible customer service. They don’t tell you what to expect in terms if time or cost. Me expected $150 visit turned int maintenance is subpar with terrible customer service. They don’t tell you what to expect in terms if time or cost. Me expected $150 visit turned into an $1,100 ask for a 30,000 mile schedule maintenance. That cost alone is obscene! More
