Ken, I'm truly sorry to hear about the issues and frustration you encountered. I'm a little confused, however, because I've spoken with Charles, the Service Manager who assisted you during your visit, and he relayed to me that the other shop you had just visited had told you that all of the lug nuts were over-tightened and couldn't be removed. Yet he was able to show you that he could remove all of them using regular equipment without any issues. Additionally, when you brought your vehicle in, you only told us that you needed to have the lug nut replaced - which we did. We were never requested to do a tire rotation or we would have been happy to do that as well. Again, I apologize for the confusion and apparent miscommunication. Ok so so the reason I came there was for a tire rotation and so I had a broken lug nut and it took you 2 and 1/2 hour to drill out a lug nut that was replaced with a stud that didn’t match my lug nuts and who ever drill it put a chip in my wheel so no you charge me 500.00 to drill out a lug nut really 2and 1/2 hours ya not ever coming back the way I look at you own me a new wheel and matching lug nut
