Dropped my car off for a belt replacement and 2 recalls. When I arrived, the belt had not been replaced and there was no communication as to why. As they were about to put me in a rental, the service rep informed me that the techs refused to change my belt due to a minor oil leak, then quoted me “a couple thousand” to resolve the issue. More
