Their appointment scheduling service for routine maintenance is subpar with terrible customer service. They don’t tell you what to expect in terms if time or cost. They always have loaner cars which is the best part of going there. High turn over and a lot of you distracted people as service liaison who are terrible at communicating. You can call and call and no one in service ever picks up. No one is in charge or cares to provide good service. They used to be good and not anymore. After 8 years of going there, I’m out. More
