We were impressed with the whole experience. Giovanni was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and if he didn’t have the answer he found out. My husband had some engine questions and Giovanni took him to the service manager to get answers and the service guy was great too. When we came back in for our Encore appt with Hannah, she was able to fill in the blanks and so we felt much more oriented to our new car. Excellent experience all around. Dented our car. Gave us a loaner that wasn't cleaned and smelled like the last person was living in it. Josh ghosts you. They said I would meet with the master tech and or shop foreman and Josh foisted me on to a tech that said they know nothing about what is going on. Never an apology for the steering module that was fixed. Never an apology for leaving us in the crappy loaner for 3 weeks. Never an apology for the experience. Then when Josh saw me pick up my car he hid in his office from me. Made eye contact with me and looked away. What kind of manager is that? No accountability and then sets up an employee. What else? When I picked up the car the side view mirrorr wasn't functioning and had to go back, again. Again they didn't inspect the vehicle before delivery. The car, the tech, the service advisor and I stood in the rain while the tech had the door open fixed the mirror for 5-10 minutes. What else? The other tech tried to hold me hostage to make sure I didn't owe any money. LOL He knew NOTHING about the situation, admittedly! But he wanted me to turn the car off and go inside MEANWHILE they just jumped the brand new battery they put in and it's cold and raining outside. Does management go through any kind of training? Does management provide training to new employees? Are there any protocols at Gresham Subaru? More

Service Advisor Elvis has consistently provided excellent service, and is very courteous, and respectful. Elvis, the Subaru trained technicians, and the entire service department will only perform the necess service, and is very courteous, and respectful. Elvis, the Subaru trained technicians, and the entire service department will only perform the necessary service and nothing more that your vehicle does not need. Gresham Subaru Department are extremely honest folks! I requested for new tires to be ordered thinking that I needed tire replacement. Elvis measured the tire depth using a tire gage and determined that the existing tires on my 2013 CrossTrek still has sufficient tire depth. They immediately pointed out that no tire replacement is needed at the moment. This saved me a lot of money and I am very thankful to Elvis B. and Drew G. who also assisted me. Moreover, they also replaced the factory low beam bulbs with Sylvania headlight bulbs that I supplied. This evening, my drive home was much better because the headlights are way much brighter! In addition, they are open seven days a week with an Express Service for a quick turnaround. Gresham Subaru Service Department is highly recommended! More
